Judicial report: Weather: Cloudy B.Hunt the Trainer of CAWBOURNE SHORTY was fined $ 100-00 for a breach of Rule 88.1 o for negligence in that he failed to scratch the dog by the required time. CAWBOURNE SHORTY had been stood down due to injury on 06.03.09.
Handler Ben Kenny elected to admit a breach of Rule 88.1 p when he disobeyed the order of a steward after being told not to wear shoes which did not comply with the dress code. He was fined $ 100-00.
