Judicial report: Weather: Fine A.van der Merwe the Trainer of TAKE COVER was fined $ 100-00 under Rule 69.11 when presenting the dog 1.6 kilograms overweight.
Trainer D.Brewer was given a first and final warning after it was reported that he used language which was considered offensive when speaking to the Trials Starter at the Wanganui Clubs meeting on 20.02.09. In reaching this decision, the Stewards took into account that Mr Brewer has an excellent record, there were some mitigating circumstances and he had apologized to the the Starter.
