Judicial report: Weather: Overcast with showers Trainer JT McInerney was charged with a breach of Rule 68.1 when presenting LES BAXTER, a starter in Race 13, late for kennelling. As he had previously been warned for a similar late kennelling a fine of $50.00 was imposed.
Trainer JT McInerney was warned for a breach of Rule 88.1 as a result of CHARTERIS BAY, the dog he was handling escaped from his lead when parading to the start of Race 12.
Trainer AD Williams was fined $50.00 for a breach of Rule 71.4 after failing to arrange a catcher for CHARLIE STUBBS, a starter in Race 17.

| Race 2 | CHALLENGE OPAWA ALL UP SPRINT - C1 - 295 | CAWBOURNE BLUE was slow to jump. Soon after the start CHILE DAN ran outwards colliding with CAWBOURNE DOC who was squeezed drifting out to finish last. HOMEBUSH HOLLY was also checked in the incident. A veterinary check revealed CAWBOURNE DOC to have a left hock sprain with a 28 day stand down recommended. CAWBOURNE DOC (MM Grant) left hock sprain. TUNZA REVS who was one of those checked tailed the field home. A veterinary check revealed nothing amiss. JAZZY SHIRAZ (JE Dunn) neck wound. Dog presented. Veterinary certificate supplied. | Race 5 | GEORGE CALVERT CLEANING DASH - C1/2 - 295 | KATHLEEN BOY was slow to jump. After the jump MADAME JO JO ran ouwards tightening OHOKA KERRY. Into the bend BOY GENIUS was struck by an improving KATHLEEN BOY losing ground as a result. |
| Race 6 | DAVE EMERSON CONSULTANCY STAKES FINAL - C0f - 520 | PROTEST LINE, HOMEBUSH HAZARD and BOTANY SHELLEY were tightened into the first bend losing ground. Into the back straight PROTEST LINE checked out off the heels of BOTANY SHELLEY colliding heavily with HOMEBUSH HAZARD who was almost forced off the track. These three finished at the rear. | Race 7 | WWW.WILLYWHATATSTUD.COM DASH - C5 - 295 | LEUMEAH MISS was tightened and hit the rail into the bend losing all chance to finish last. At the lure SIR KRETION collided with GRANT A FORTUNE, both tumbling over as a result. ROSIE RETURN was struck from behind by CADBURY HAND at the lure and fell. These three and LEUMEAH MISS were subject to veterinary checks. ROSIE RETURN was found to have a left triceps tear with a 21 day stand down recommended. Soon after HOMEBUSH PERCY, CAWBOURNE GEORGA, GUINEAS GIRL and HOMEBUSH KELLY came together losing momentum. Into the home straight CAWBOURNE GEORGA ran outwards clipping HOMEBUSH KELLY with these two finishing at the rear. BOTANY SHELLEY (JT McInerney) starter in Race 6. | Race 12 | KOLORFUL KANVAS SPRINT - C1/2 - 295 | Enroute to the start of this race CHARTERIS BAY escaped from his handler JT McInerney. He ran to the lure and was retreived there. A veterinary check prior to the race revealed nothing amiss with the dog taking his place in the field. PAINT THE STARS lost all chance when very slow to jump. Into the bend HERE'S MAREE NOW was clipped from behind by WHO'S SHIFTY as a result of HOMEBUSH MARLON moving outwards. All three finished towards the rear. |

Approaching the home straight an improving ROCKY'S SRAR checked out of the rear of BABE'S BOY colliding heavily with WILLY FLIRT. Both lost their footing and regained their feet to finish well behind the field. Veterinary checks on both revealed nothing amiss. |
