Judicial report: Weather: Fine Trainers P Freeman and A Turnwald were fined $50.00 for a breach of Rule 69.11 when CAWBOURNE FELLA weighed in at 33.3 kgs which was 1.2 kgs under his last race weight on 25 January 2009.
Trainers P Freeman and A Turnwald were fined $100.00 for a breach of Rule 69.11 when PAYNE ZONE weighed in at 33.6 kgs which was 1.6 kgs under his last race weight on 12 January 2009.
Trainer G Calverley was fined $50.00 for a breach of Rule 69.11 when SERGEANT SCREAM weighed in at 35.1 kgs which was 1.1 kgs under his last race weight on 15 January 2009.
Trainer PG Lowen was fined $50.00 for a breach of Rule 69.11 when HITMAN FRED weighed in at 34.2 kgs which was 1.4 kgs over his last race weight on 21 January 2009.
Trainer NP Green was fined $50.00 for a breach of Rule 69.11 when SPY POWERS weighed in at 31.0 kgs which was 1.2 kgs over his last race weight on 11 January 2009.
Handler Willy Hodgson was warned under Rule 72.9.c for attracting the attnetion of a Greyhound after boxing in Race 8.

Race 1	LEAMINGTON DISTANCE FIRST 4 - C1/2d - 650	SHEA SHERIE ran outwards into the first bend checking EDDY'S GOAL for a stride with these dogs settling well back.
Race 2	TAMAHERE STAKES - C1 - 457	ULTRA MAGNUS shortened stride soon after the jump and tailed the field home. A post race veterinary check revealed a torn gracilis with a forty two day stand down recommended. Into the bend CAWBOURNE CROWN appeared to get on the back of DAVINCI and fell. He got back to his field and completed the race with a post race veterinary check revealing multiple grazes with a five day stand down recommended. There was no head on view available for this race. ULTRA MAGNUS (D Van Meeuwen) torn left gracilis. Rule 82.1. 42 days up to and including 11 March 2009. CAWBOURNE CROWN (Freeman/Turnwald) multiple grazes after fall. Rule 82.1. 5 days up to and including 2 February 2009.
Race 3	TAUWHARE DASH - C1 - 375	MISS SILENCE got on the back of QUEEN LIZZY into the bend and dropped away to tail the field home. A post race veterinary check revealed no injury.
Race 4	RACEWAY SPRINT FIRST 4 - C5 - 375	ONIE'S LAD, KING'S CONQUEST and SHOW THE MONEY were all tightened into the bend and lost ground settling well back.
Race 5	MATANGI MAIDEN - C0 - 457	PIHA SUNSET ran wide in the early stages when towards the rear. Favourite LEGALLY BINDING got well back on the rail but stormed home once in the clear to share the honours.
Race 6	PROTECTOR SAFETY SIX PACK - C2 - 375	REZENDE was tightened into the bend and lost ground settling well back.
Race 7	HAPPY 80TH TOM MCGILLIVRAY - C1 - 375	The race was delayed by five minutes due to a lack of power to the lure on a section of the rail where the lure is started. The dogs were taken out of the boxes and checked by the veterinary surgeon before the race was started. The race was all clear.
Race 8	RAGLAN SPRINT - C3 - 375	SIROCCO CAM proved very troublesome to box. The connections of the dog were advised that any further problems with boxing will result in the dog being placed on the box first list. COINCIDE was slow to jump and remained back and wide throughout.
Race 9	SUPERIOR CHUNKY DOG ROLLS DASH - C4 - 375	REWIRED and BIG NIGHT IN came together on the home turn when well back in the running. GUNNADOO KNIGHT (Freeman/Turnwald) injured shoulder. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 14 days up to 11 February 2009.
Race 10	T.A.B PUMP & AUTOMOTIVE STAKES - C3/4 - 457	FANCY ALEX, AWESOME VOYAGE and CAWBOURNE WOODY all came together into the bend losing ground with RIALTO ROSIE also being inconvenienced at this stage.
