Judicial report: Weather: Fine A charge under rule 69-11 was admitted by Trainer Mrs D.Annette when she presented her greyhound Bigtime Dancer to weigh in at 32.5 kg's for race 8 which was 1.7 kg's up in weight when last presented on the 23-1-09. A fine of $100.00 was imposed in this instance.
An inquiry was opened under the provisions of Rule 38 .3 (a) into an incident in the trainers carpark following race nine at this meeting. This inquiry was opened and adjourned

A post race vet check on Mighty Big Sam revealed no abnormalities. |

Into the back straight with 318 meters to run Riddle Man was forced wide on the track when Yalamba Jack ran out. |
