Judicial report: Weather: fine Trainer Mr P.W.Cleaver was charged with a breach of Rule 69-11 when he presented his greyhound Homebush Tui a starter in race number one 1.1kg's up in weight at 34.2 kg's.
This greyhound weighed in at 33.1 kg's at it's last start on the 11-12-08 at the Waikato GRC meeting. Mr Cleaver admitted the breach of rule 69-11 and a fine of $50.00 was imposed in this instance.

Race 1	GREYHOUNDS AS PETS SPRINT - C0 - 318	Thrilling Shadz, Homebush Tui and Mambo Sam were the slowest to begin. Miss Tori forced Myreen wide on the track as the field raced into the first turn. Miss Tori and Myreen came together on the home turn for a stride.
Race 2	JACK'S WHOLESALE MEATS SPRINT - C2/3 - 318	Mohican Harry and Devils Marble were the slowest to begin. After the start Street Tall ran inwards checking itself, Dreamaqueen and Devils County. Mohecan Harry ran out after the start checking itself and caused checks to Devils County, Dreamaqueen and Street Tall.
Race 3	CAROL'S TABS DASH - C1 - 318	Tee Kay Girl and Thrilling Celia were the slowest to begin. After the start Eyes A Title ran out checking itself, Thrilling Celia and India Blue. Thrilling Amy was checked in the run to the first turn when Black Elly cut to the rail. India Blue was checked into the first turn when this runner contacted the hind quarters of Thrilling Celia.
Race 4	THE BROWNZY SPORTS BAR FIRST 4 - C3/4 - 318	Thrilling Force and Thrilling Tasha were the slowest to begin. Lauretana Boy was checked and fell when this runner was squeezed for room when racing between Nutty Squirrel and Thrilling Force A post race Vet check of Lauretana Boy revealed no abnormalities.
Race 5	$20,000 PICK 6 SPRINT - C1 - 318	Thrilling Jim and Another Fitz were the slowest to begin. After the start Another Fitz and Gold Foot came together for a stride following this incident these two runners were observed to be josling for positions and Another Fitz was obseved to touch the running rail. After the sart Agent Whale and Fervid were observed to come together for a stride. Ella Jade (H.R.Bond) Greyhound Deceased Rule 64 12.
Race 6	MEADOWSET GRAPHICS STAKES - C2/3 - 527	Skip The Label was the slowest to begin. After the start Jaymess was checked when racing in tight quarters between Nerezza and Graduated Class. After this incident Jaymess then forced Nerezza onto Graduated Class with these three runners being checked once more. Cyclone Presto (N.P.Green) stood down at Waikato18-12-08
Race 7	TERRY RYAN TIMBER SPRINT HEAT 1 - C5q - 318 Heat 1	Winsome Nova, Sydenham Smith and Thrilling Game were the slowest to begin. After the start Thrilling Paris ran inwards and checked/pushed Cawbourne Cathy onto Thrilling Game and Sydenham Smith with the aformentioned runners being checked .After this incident Cawbourne Cathy ran out checking Thrilling Paris when this runner contacted that dog.
Race 8	TERRY RYAN TIMBER SPRINT HEAT 2 - C5q - 318 Heat 1	After the start Thrilling Power and Forward Solution came together for a stride with both of these runners checked in this incident. Into the first turn Money Shot contacted the hindquaters of Flying Chameleon with both of these runners checked Money Shot nearly fell in this incident. Rialto Mission was forced very wide on the track in this incident. Into the first turn Forward Solution ran out causing checks to itself, Thrilling Power and Flying Chemeleon.
Race 9	THE ALAMO BAR & GRILL SIX PACK - C1 - 527	Denny Jewel and Gatlin Jewel were the slowest to begin.
Race 10	THORNTON AUCTIONS FIRST 4 - C2 - 318	Coincide was observed to be very slow to begin. Into the first turn Bigtime Legend and Coincide came together and both of these runners were checked in this incident.
