Judicial report: Weather: Fine M&J Hill, the trainers of TWO TICK JESSIE, a starter in Race 6, was fined $50 under Rule 69.11 when she weighed in at 25.4kg which was 1.2kg above her last race start weight of 24.2kg on 20 November 2008.
J Dunn, the trainer of BOLSTAD, a starter in Race 11, was fined $50 under Rule 69.11 when he weighed in at 29.2kg which was 1.2kg above his last race start weight of 28.0kg on 2 December 2008.
Mr R Adcock was spoken to regarding his obligations under Rule 68.2 and after hearing his explanation he was formally warned.

As the field came together HOMEBUSH EMILY was tightened and checked BOTANY BRAD who was struck from the rear by TICKLE TOE. As a result BOTANY BRAD careered outwards into the path of OSWALD BOATENG and MULBERRY KING, with OSWALD BOATENG dragged down on its rear and forcing HOMEBUSH EMILY wide on the track. A post race veterinary check on STUMPY RELTUB and OSWALD BOATENG revealed no injuries. |

On the bend EASY FINANCE ran outwards and forced VERO NIKA wide on the track with both dogs finishing well back. HOMEBUSH MARS was tightened in the run to the bend and then checked off the rear of AMBER DERVISH in the home straight and lost all chance. |
