TIMMY VINE and LESS THAN IDEAL bumped soon after the start and then TIMMY VINE was observed to ease and drop back several lengths on the first corner and finished last . | Race 6 | KEENAN CONCRETE 6 PACK - C2/3 - 520 | Soon after the start there was tightning as they raced into the first turn as ACCUSER came across, resultin in ANDY D'GANDY running up on the back of ACCUSER ,and GROOVY AGAIN had to check back severely to avoid these two dogs ,which caused them to race wide into the back stretch ACCUSER was noticed to shorten up in his action as that raced into the top bend and finished in 2nd to last place at the post and was sent for a veterinary examination where he was found to have pad injuries. | Race 9 | PETER SINCLAIR PHOTOGRAHPER - C1 - 305 | BRANDY AFFAIR scrambled out of the boxes losing several lengths and all chance and she finished well back towards the rear. MAGNIFICENT was checked on the first corner losing several lengths and never recovered. OUR SANDMAN led to the first corner but then went off stride and dropped quickly back to last and finished some distance behind the other runners. OUR SANDMAN was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury at that time. |

KIWI GEORGE and THRILLING TIFF then tangled together on the home turn and they dropped back and finished in the last two places. KIWI GEORGE was examined by the Vet and stood down for 7 days with bruising to a shoulder muscle.
