Judicial report: Weather: Fine An enquiry opened and adjourned at the meeting of the Christchurch GRC on 28 November 2008 against Mark Nicol for a breach of Rule 88.1.o was reconvened. The complainant withdrew the complaint after hearing evidence that Mr Nicol had apologised for actions following Race 6 and, after reviewing the video, the Adjudicating Steward accepted that the allegation of misconduct was not proven and the charge was accordingly dismissed.

DOUGSTAR JAKE then ran wide pushing THIS AND THAT wider which forced the trailing FANCY WAYS even wider on the track. KNOW FLIRT (GA Cleeve) right eye bruised. Dog presented.
