Judicial report: Weather: Fine CJ Weir, the trainer of SIR KRETION, a starter in Race 1, was fined $50 under Rule 69.11 when the dog weighed in at 33.9kg which was 1.2kg over his last race start weight of 32.7kg on 13 November 2008.
An enquiry under Rule 88.1.o against handler Mark Nicol was opened and adjourned following an incident at the conclusion of Race 6.
An enquiry under Rule 80.1.f abd 88.1.o against trainer Malcolm Grant was opened and adjourned following an incident at the conclusion of Race 6.
