Judicial report: Weather: Fine Trainer PW Cleaver was fined $50.00 for a breach of Rule 69.11 when GREG SMURFEE weighed in at 29.9 kgs which was 1.3 kgs over his last race weight on 30 October 2008.
Trainer AJ Schneider was fined $100.00 for a breach of Rule 69.11 when CANYA SEE ME weighed in at 34.7 kgs which was 3.3 kgs over his last race weight on 26 October 2008.

Race 1	LECTRO HAIR & BEAUTY - C0 - 527	THRILLING BRIT was slow to jump but ran on well for third. HOMEBUSH TUI was checked into the first bend and came together with MEDIA MOGUL on the home turn as MEDIA MOGUL was angling out for a run. FANCY KATE (DD Schofield) NZGRA scratching. No penalty.
Race 2	RODEWALD HART & BROWN SPRINT - C1 - 527	SHY NEENA was slow to leave the traps. Following the race TOTAL INFERNO was subject to a post race veterinary check that revealed a torn off dew claw with a five day stand down recommended. TOTAL INFERNO (PW Cleaver) right dew claw nail torn off. Rule 82.1. 5 days up to and including 13 November 2008.
Race 3	TROPHIES PLUS - C0 - 318	MISS OBEDIENCE and FAILED TO STOP were both slow to jump. FAILED TO STOP made ground well for third. MISS OBEDIENCE appeared to hit the running rail into the bend with a post race veterinary check revealing no injury. THRILLING PLAY led into the bend but ran wide and lost ground.
Race 4	JACK'S WHOLESALE MEATS DASH - C1 - 318	WINSOME DELUXE was slow then checked soon after the jump. This dog received another check into the bend as it ran into HOMEBUSH VIEW when attempting to improve.
Race 5	CATCH RESTAURANT - C1 - 527	All clear. DOUBLEO TOM (RP O'Regan) kennel cough. Rule 64.10. 28 days up to and including 5 December 2008.
Race 6	NZ COMMUNITY TRUST - C2/3 - 527	THRILLING WOLF was checked when racing in second placing on the outside of HOMEBUSH JENNA at the end of the back straight and lost ground
Race 7	$20,000 PICK DASH - C4 - 318	TERROR JIM ducked outwards into the bend checking THRILLING POWER, AGENT VICKI and MANLY MAGIC who all lost ground. THRILLING POWER was subject to a post race veterinary check that revealed grazed webbing with a seven day stand down recommended. THRILLING POWER (CJ Derecourt) left hind grazed webbing. Rule 82.1. 7 days to and including 15 November 2008.
Race 8	BROWNZY SPORTS BAR SERIES FINAL - C1f - 318	SEXY GIRL SUTTON and WHAT SHIRAZ were both tightened in the early stages settling well back. WINSOME WISH was leading until the bend when she ran wide and dropped away coming together with an improving WHAT SHIRAZ in the process with WINSOME WISH reciving a check. WINSOME WISH finished last with a post race veterinary check revealing no injury.
Race 9	PACIFIC SHEET & COIL (NZ) STAKES - C4/5 - 527	SUB THIRTY faltered on the final bend with MISS AMY DRY, JAYMESS and WINSOME JESS receiving the backwash as he dropped out to the rear. SUB THIRTY finished a long last with a post race veterinary check revealing a dislocated hock with the dog being euthanased. SUB THIRTY (NP Green) disclocated hock. Dog euthanased.
Race 10	TERRY RYAN TIMBER SPRINT - C5 - 318	COWBOY JAKE was squeezed to the rear soon after the jump. BLACK SPOT PRANG was checked from behind when handy into the bend and ran outwards taking LONGFORD ANNIE very wide and extinguishing her chance.
Race 11	MEADOWSET GRAPHICS - C2/3 - 318	DREAM A WIN and THERMOSTATIC were tightened soon after the jump as NICE CHOICE crossed from their outer. On the home turn DREAM ON CYRUS checked outwards off the heels of COLERIDGE ANDIE and badly checked NICE CHOICE and SAMS RENEGADE with these dogs losing their chances.
Race 12	THE ALAMO BAR & TAB SIX PACK - C1 - 318	HOMEBUSH TREVOR and CAWBOURNE SHORTY came together into the bend and lost ground. THRILLING COLE was also badly checked in this incident. On the home turn EYES A TITLE ducked outwards checking ELLA JADE who lost ground. Following the race WAIKIKA PIRATE was subject to a post race veterinary check that revealed no injury. BIG ARCHIE (K Sutch-Jones) sprained toe. Dog presented. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 10 days up to and including 15 November 2008.
