Race 3	WWW.WAMGANUICARCENTRE.COM - C2/3 - 520	CENTRAL RAIDER was checked soon after the start losing 4 lengths and he stayed well back and finished last. DEL TONES was reasonably handy until he dipped entering the back straight losing 3 lengths and he never recovered the lost ground and finished in 5th place. DAPTO TOKEN Ex Wanganui on 29.10.08. Race 4	DIMOCKS RETRAVISION - C5 - 305	HILLYS TIP was slow to begin losing 3 lengths. ANGELITO and CAWBOURNE STACEY were tightened and checked on the first corner and dropped back causing a check to CAB DRIVER and they lost all chance of a placing. TIGGERLONG FURY was also hindered in the incident but recovered to finish in 3rd place. HONCHO Ex Addington on 28.10.08.
Race 5	MORRIE GIBBONS SIGNS - C4/5 - 520	LAGOON FIFI was handy to the first corner but was checked and went back to last and stayed back to finish in 3rd last place. SALLY BAXTER was checked from behind on the first bend, went off stride and ran out causing a severe check to MARTY HALL and they lost several lengths and finished in the last two places. SALLY BAXTER was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury.
Race 6	KEENAN CONCRETE - C4 - 305	BAXTERS BOY was slow to begin and then ran wide on the bend and into the home straight and finished in last place. EVAMORE was checked on the first corner and went back to last. She then ran wide on the bend over extra ground and finished in 2nd last place.
Race 7	MICKEY'S SUPER LIQUOR - C4 - 305	CAWBOURNE DORE received a slight check as the start was made and settled in last place. CAWBOURNE DORE then checked over the heels of AMBEROSE and galloped on the heels of KARISAMORE on the first corner and they all lost ground.
Race 8	WANGANUI FARM SUPPLIES - C5 - 520	The favourite UNO WITCH was handy early but was checked entering the back straight and lost several lengths. UNO WITCH never recovered and finished in 2nd last place.
Race 9	WANGANUI SECURITY SERVICES - C5 - 305	THRILLING JASPER was checked soon after the start and never recovered and he finished in last place.
Race 10	SEE YOU @ THE RED - C3 - 305	GO BEN GO ran in from the start and caused checks to RYMOR REASON, COLERIDGE ANDIE and SET IN STONE who all lost ground and they finished well back.
