Judicial report: Weather: Fine Trainers P Freeman and A Turnwald were fined $50.00 for a breach of Rule 69.11 when FORGET NOT weighed in at 26.6 kgs which was 1.4 kgs under her last race weight on 3 October 2008.

Race 1	NZ COMMUNITY TRUST SPRINT - C2 - 318	WINSOME SKY and BIGTIME LEGEND came together in the back straight with both dogs losing ground. FLYBY JOEY was dragged down by THRILLING ELROY into the bend with every runner except HOT DOC receiving some kind of interference as a result.
Race 2	LECTRO HAIR & BEAUTY SPRINT - C0 - 318	SHY AM SUNDRI was slow to jump and ROLL UP was tightened into the bend losing ground. These two dogs filled the last two placings.
Race 3	THORNTON AUCTIONS SPRINT - C4 - 318	RIALTO MISSION ran inwards at the jump checking TESS TOKAAM. THRILLING POWER, DREAMAQUEEN and SYDENHAM SMITH all jostled for a few strides when racing in tight quarters into the bend and lost ground.
Race 4	JACK'S WHOLESALE MEATS STAKES - C1 - 527	REZENDE and HOMEBUSH TREVOR came together into the first bend with both dogs losing some ground.
Race 5	$75,000 PICK6 STAKES - C1 - 318	THRILLING COLE came up with the lids losing five lengths. ANYTHING FITZ and BLUEBELL ROCKET were also slow to jump. On the bend PRINCESS WELLSY came into contact with SEXY GIRL SUTTON and dropped to the rear.
Race 6	MEADOWSET GRAPHICS DASH - C3 - 318	NICE CHOICE was slow to jump. FLYING CHAMELEON ran inwards soon after the jump tightening NANA SPIRIT and THRILLING TURK. NANA SPIRIT faltered into the bend and ran outwards extinguishing the chances of THRILLING TURK, FLYING CHAMELEON and WINSOME CRUISER. NANA SPIRIT was found to have sustained a fractured radius and ulna and was euthanased on humane grounds. NANA SPIRIT (Freeman/Turnwald) fractured radius and ulna. Dog euthanased.
Race 7	COMMERCIAL PLUMBING STAKES - C4/5 - 527	All clear.
Race 8	CAROL'S TABS SPRINT - C1/2 - 527	BUZZ CAFÉ and CLOSE COMBAT were slow to jump. On the first bend CALM RIP, POSITIVE GOLD and KALDEN KAOS all came together and lost ground. Following the race HOMEBUSH BRADLEY was subject to a post race veterinary check that revealed a hock strain with a twenty one day stand down recommended. THRILLING CHASE (SC Mann) scratched at Waikato and Districts GRC on 23 October 2008. Rule 64.12. 5 days up to and including 27 October 2008. HOMEBUSH BRADLEY (JR Udy) hock strain. Rule 82.1. 21 days up to and including 15 November 2008.
Race 9	PROTECTOR SAFETY SPRINT - C5 - 318	CAWBOURNE CATHY attempted to run outwards into the bend and in doing so tightened SWINGING ZORRO, ZENSU, WINSOME LIGHT and COWBOY JAKE who was improving from the outside. CANYA SEE ME was also inconvenienced in this incident. As COWBOY JAKE got balanced it was again clipped from behind by CAWBOURNE CATHY and was turned sideways losing its chance. On the home bend ASHBOURNE FALCON ran wide taking CAWBOURNE CATHY wider into the straight.
Race 10	THE ALAMO BAR & GRILL SIX PACK - C1 - 318	SERGEANT SCREAM was very slow to jump. COMICAL ALI appeared to falter soon after the jump and finished a long last. A post race veterinary check revealed a badly dislocated hock and the dog was euthanased. FERVID and GRADUATED CLASS came together on the first bend. COMICAL ALI (GJ Noakes) badly dislocated hock. Dog euthanased.
