Judicial report: Weather: Cloudy D.Little the Trainer of I'M INFECTIOUS was fined $ 50-00 under Rule 69.11 when presenting the dog 1.5 kilograms underweight.
G . Clarke the Trainer of NATURE RULES was fined $ 50-00 under Rule 69.11 when presenting the dog 1.1 kilograms overweight.
The adjourned inquiry into an incident which occurred at the lure on 19.09.08 was concluded with the only action necessary was to speak advisedly to B.Cole. While it was considered that under the circumstances he acted in the interests of the welfare of the dog BIGTIME WORLD, his actions in removing ARATAKI from the situation could be seen by some to have been over vigorous.

Race 3	GARY ROSS DECORATOR - C0 - 305	SEDGEBROOK LASS, HE'S A STUNNER and ROTOVEGAS GIRL were checked on the first corner and lost ground. SEDGEBROOK LASS made up some ground to finish 5th but the other two stayed back to finish several lengths behind.
Race 4	GUTHRIE BOWRON WANGANUI - C2q - 305 Heat 1	The favourite SET IN STONE was handy on the bend but appeared to be awkwardly placed between runners for several strides and finished in 4th place. Race 6	WWW.WANGANUICARCENTRE.COM - C2q - 305 Heat 1	RUNAWAY ROSCO was checked in the race to the first corner, dropped back several lengths and finished in last place. CAWBOURNE WELLSY Freeman & Turnwald Rule 64 Suffering from a fibia injury and stood down for 14 days to and including 04.10.08.
Race 7	GEON WELLINGTON - C1 - 520	HOMEBUSH BOND was tightened from the outside on the first corner and made contact with the rail. He then dropped back several lengths but was making up ground at the finish to be in 7th place. HOMEBUSH BOND was examined by the Vet and stood down for 21 days with back muscle strain. Race 8	WANGANUI FARM SUPPLIES - C1 - 305	HEY GIRLFRIEND was handy on the bend but was checked and lost 3 lengths. Soon after, CAWBOURNE DI was checked and went back to last and stayed in that position to the finish.
