Judicial report: Weather: Fine Trainers A Hart and K Taylor were fined $50.00 for a breach of Rule 69.11. when IRON MAIDEN weighed in at 28.7 kgs which was 1.2 kgs over its last race weight on 9 September 2008.
Trainer C Mitchell was fined $50.00 for a breach of Rule 69.11 when TIGER BALM weighed in at 36.7 kgs which was 1.1 kgs under its last race weight on 2 September 2008.

On the bend PAREORA DOLL checked outwards off NITRO PEGGY and shunted ALTAIR and GRANT A CHANCE wide with these dogs losing their chances. |
