Race 2	DECOART PRINTED PRODUCTS, LEVIN - C1 - 457	SIROCCO RICK and DEAL FOR YOU bumped together on jumping from the boxes and lost a little ground.
Race 3	KEVIN O'CONNOR & ASSOCIATES - C1 - 375	NEW BEGINNING was checked back to last on the first corner and stayed there to the finish. Race 4	GRANT IRVINE PHARMACY - C1/2 - 457	THRILLING JOSH and PALEFACE SHADOW bumped together in the run to the first corner and THRILLING JOSH lost ground then ran wide on the bend and finished in last place.
Race 5	WENHAM GRAIN & SEED - C2 - 375	GO GROOVY moved in on the first corner and checked MADAM KEISHA who lost ground and went back to last and stayed well back to finish in 7th place.
Race 6	LEVIN RACING CLUB SPRINT - C4 - 375	BIGTIME DORA was handy to the first corner but was checked and dropped back onto SOPHIE HALL and they never recovered and finished in the last two places.
Race 7	NEW ZEALAND RACING SERIES FINAL - RESf - 457	The favourite DREAMY HAZE was very slow to begin losing several lengths. He then jostled with NASSIRAY JEWEL for several strides on the bend and was never a chance from there and they finished in the last two places. JIMMY HALL fell just after the finish line and was examined by the Vet and stood down for 10 days with metacarpal injuries. JIMMY HALL A & J Hall Rule 82 Checked and fell and suffered metacarpal injuries and stood down for 10 days to and including 17.09.08.
Race 8	MANAWATU SOUND SERVICE DASH - C5 - 375	BLACK TIE moved in on the first corner and checked SALLY'S BABE and AUSTIN who was handy early in the race but was checked again on the bend, ran wide into the straight and finished in 6th place with SALLY'S BABE finishing in last place.
Race 9	WIZARD HOME LOANS - C4/5 - 457	The favourite JETLINE jumped well but could not hold his place and drifted out to eventually finish several lengths last. JETLINE was examined by the Vet and stood down for 21 days with a metacarpal injury. WORK RELEASE B.Cole Rule 64 Suffering from a tricep muscle injury and stood down for 14 days to and including 18.09.08. FANCY BEAR D.Schofield Rule 64 Suffering from a webbing injury and stood down for 21 days to and including 28.09.08. JETLINE B.Cole Rule 82 Suffered a metacarpal injury and stood down for 21 days to and including 28.09.08.
Race 10	OUTBACK TRADING COMPANY - C3 - 375	CRYSTAL SAL and CHILE TIME were handy to the first corner but were checked back to the rear and stayed there to the finish.
