Judicial report: Weather: Overcast JL Schierny, the trainer of WHAT JUSTICE, a starter in Race 1, was fined $100 under Rule 69.11 when the dog weighed in at 29.2kg which was 2.0kg above her last race start weight of 27.2kg on 19 August 2008.

Into the turn ANOTHER BAXTER crossed over in front of the field and struck CARNABY which went backwards and forced FLYING ASPEN and MULBERRY KING wide on the track with these dogs finishing towards the rear. | Race 5 | WWW.GREYHOUNDSASPETS.ORG.NZ - C1 - 310 | From the jump HAILSTONE HARLY and LIAM BALE pushed across to the rail and checked the running of JANDERRA APACHIE. Then in the run to the turn HE'S SO FINE clipped the rear of HAILSTONE HARLY and lost ground to finish in sixth place. |
