Judicial report: Weather: Fine Trainer B Cole was fined $100.00 under rule 69.11 for presenting COUNT LANI to race up 2.3 kgs from his last race start on 15.8.08 His explanation for this was accepted
B Cole was fined $50.00 under rule 69.11 for presenting LAGOON FIFI to race at 1.5 kgs up from her last race start on 22.8.08----------.

Race 1	MANAWATU - YOUNG HEART EASY LIVING - C0 - 375	MARCO SHARK was slow away, but was able to gain an uninterupted run to finish in 3rd placing FOXY ADDIS and SEDGEBROOK LASS came together for a couple of strides after leaving the boxes As the field left the boxes WONGAWILLIESTEVE cut straight down to the rail and caused severe checks to LUCRATIVE,THRILLING STING and NOSH IN SOCKS. As the field raced in to the first turn NOSH IN SOCKS got up on the heels of SEDGEBROOK LASS and THRILLING STING who was in behind was badly checked in trying to avoid these dogs and lost all chance from there on in
Race 2	PORTER HIRE PALMERSTON NORTH - C1 - 375	Soon after the start NELLY JEAN came across on to IT'S PERSONAL and SOLITAIRE STAR causing them to be hampered for some distance , HOMEBUSH TERRA and TO THE MAX were squeezed back to the rear as these dogs came back on them IT'S PERSONAL(fav) drifted back through the field from this point on and finished towards the rear, the dog was sent for a veterinary examination where no abnormaliries were found ----------.
Race 3	MORRIE GIBBONS SIGNS, WANGANUI - C2 - 375	Soon after the start BIGTIME LASS came across quickly on to JALISCO and GO GROOVY tightning them for a few strides, soon after this MADAM KEISHA struck trouble in behind these dogs and lost ground. HUTT PARK FLYER was a scratching----------. HUTT PARK FLYER ex Wanganui
Race 4	WENHAM GRAIN & SEED - C1 - 375	Soon after the start BIGTIME BEAUTY came across quickly on to SUZY MAC and BENBULBEN BEN resulting in BENBULBEN BEN being squeezed back to the rear , he recovered well from this incident to run in to 3rd placing at the post----------. .
Race 5	DECOART PRINTED PRODUCTS, LEVIN - C3/4 - 375	As the field raced in to the first turn COUNT LANI (fav) was endevouring to get to the rail came over on to CRYSTAL HISTORY and BANDANNA LEE causing all three dogs to be checked ,with CRYSTAL HISTORY having to check back off the heels of BANDANNA LEE and she raced wide around the top bend losing all chance there after Racing around towards the home turn BANDANNA LEE and REWIRED came together for some distance as they both tried to make ground ADAMINSKI was a scratching----------. Race 6	DELTA DRAINAGE & WATER SUPPLIES - C5 - 375	TRENDY MOMENT was slow away losing several lengths and made up good ground to finish in 4th placing Soon after leaving the boxes CAB DRIVER came across on to LEERIZE and WINSOME CHANCE resulting in these two dogs being squeezed back to the rear and they never recovered from there on in to finish in the rear As the field raced in to the first turn TIGGERLONG FURY gained a run towards the rail and AUSTIN galloped up on his heels for a couple of strides and lost ground----------.
Race 7	GRANT IRVINE PHARMACY - C4f - 375	Racing in to the first turn FANCY ALEX ran up on to the back of AMBERSMOOTH and almost dragged this dog down , they both went back through the field from there and finished in the last to positions at the post ----------.
Race 8	OUTBACK TRADING COMPANY LTD - C1/2 - 457	SIROCCO RICK (fav) got away well was 3rd in the running could'nt improve during the running finishing in 3rd place at the post
Race 9	BILL BOYD & ASSOCIATES - C3/4 - 457	MAGIC SPIKE one of the favoured runners stumbled on leaving the boxes losing ground , but made up good ground through out the running to finish in 3rd position at the post. KADDLEY got awawy well from the start and then drifted back through out the running to finish in last position, he was sent for a veterinary examination where no abnormalities were found .
Race 10	WIZARD HOME LOANS - C5 - 457	As the field raced down to the first turn FANCY MAY came across on to towards the rail and caused NO DRAMA DON ,MR CLONTARF and JIMMY HALL to be badly checked MR CLONTARF (fav) could not recover to get back in to contention, however JIMMY HALL did recover well and ran on to finish in 2nd position at the post----------.
