Judicial report: Weather: Raining Trainer Mr N.P.Green was fined the sum of $50.00 when presenting Positive Gold his runner in race five 1.2 kg's up in weight at 28.6kg's this runner weighing in at 27.4 when it last raced at Auckland on the 3rd August 2008.

Race 1	LYNFIELD TAB MAIDEN - HEAT 1 - C0q - 318 Heat 1	Elite Fitness was the slowest to begin. After the start Port Of Sparta ran out and contacted India Blue with both of these runners being checked. Miss Obedience ran inwards, Winsome Jess ran outwards after the start both of these runners were checked in this incident when they contacted each other.. Port Of Sparta and India Blue were tightened for room in this incident. Racing into the turn out of the back straight Elite Fitness ran outwards and contacted Port Of Sparta for a stride both of these runners were checked in this incident.
Race 2	BROWNZY'S SPORTS BAR SPRINT - HEAT 1 - C1q - 318 Heat 1	Mad Decision and Jill were the slowest to begin. After the start Thrilling Night ran inwards and in doing so forced Julie's Lady onto Runaway Rosco onto Winsome Wok Eye with all of these runners being checked in this incident. Hitman Fred ran out after the jump and checked itself Flyby Joey, Jill and Winson Wok Eye. Hitman Fred and Winsome Wok Eye came together on the first turn for a stride.
Race 3	LYNFIELD TAB MAIDEN - HEAT 2 - C0q - 318 Heat 1	Shy Am Sundri, was the slowest to begin. After the start Looney Magic ran inwards checking itself when this runner made contact with Winsome Sky. Last Ride was checked into the first turn and this runner was sent for a Vet Check which revealed a Left Hind Lat Toe split Web. Last Ride ( J.R.Udy) Left hind lat toe split web Rule 82 (1) 14 days to and including 6/9/08.
Race 4	BROWNZY'S SPORTS BAR SPRINT - HEAT 2 - C1q - 318 Heat 1	Guido was the slowest to begin. Cawbourne Card ran inwards after the start and checked itself when making contact with San Shin and Positive Gold both of these runners were checked in this incident. Cawbourne Card and San Shin were jostling in the run to the first bend. Cedi Special ran outwards into the first turn and contacted Positive Gold with both of these runners being checked in this incident.
Race 5	BROWNZY'S SPORTS BAR SPRINT - HEAT 3 - C1q - 318 Heat 1	Drilling Dam, Cathy's Charge, Bigtime Snowie and Thrilling Elroy were the slowest to begin. Waikika Pirate racing on the outside of the leader was checked by Sexy Girl Sutton when this runner contacted the hindquaters of that runner at the end of the back straight. As the field raced into the first turn Sexy Girl Sutton ran out and in doing so forced Gold Foot onto Thrilling Elroy with these three runners being checked in this incident.
Race 6	JACK'S WHOLESALE MEATS DISTANCE FEATURE - C0d - 603	The boxes did not open in the first instance. All runners were taken out and vet checked and all declared fit to start.This race was hand started. Shy Neena was the slowest to begin. The favorite Thrilling Skitz was observed to go amiss as the field raced into the home straight the first time. A post race vet check of Thrilling Skitz revealed a right Long Head triceps tear. Thrilling Riddle (R.P.O'Regan) Stood down Waikato 21/08/08. Thrilling Skitz ( S.P.Clark) Right Long Head Triceps tear Rule 82 (1) 21 days to and including 13/9/08.
Race 7	NZ COMMUNITY TRUST SPRINT - C5 - 318	Sally's Babe was the slowest to begin. After the start Winsome Light ran outwards forcing Cowboy Jake onto Clear Conquest with these runners being chekced in this incident. Zensu ran inwards after the start checking itself and End Zone when these runners made contact. Big Pa ran across to the rails and contacted End Zone causing another check to this runner.
Race 8	NEW ZEALAND RACING SERIES GRADUATION #2 FINAL - RESf - 527	Satsuma was the slowest to begin . this race was delayed two miniutes due to a Photo Finish malfunction . There was no head on coverage of this race. Thrilling Fever (K.Walsh) Sore Right Fibula Vet Certificate Rule 64- 12, 10 days too and including 1/09/08.
Race 9	PACIFIC SHEET & COIL STAKES - C4/5 - 527	Ashbourne Falcon was the slowest to begin. All clear, No head on coverage of this race.
Race 10	BROWNZY'S SPORTS BAR SPRINT - HEAT 4 - C1q - 318 Heat 1	Winsome Deluxe was the slowest to begin. As the field raced around the turn out of the back straight Greg Smurfee was observed to check off the heels of Simon Greg Smurfee raced at the rear of the field therafter.
