Race 3 GARY ROSS DECORATOR - C0q - 305 Heat 1 HE'S A STUNNER was slow to begin and then ran wide on the bend, was checked on the home turn and finished in last place.

Race 5 GEON WELLINGTON - C1q - 520 Heat 1 All clear.
Race 6 WWW.WANGANUICARCENTRE.COM - C0q - 305 Heat 1 TALKABOUT POPPY and ROTOVEGAS GIRL collided soon after the start and they settled at the rear and stayed back to the finish.

Race 8 KEENAN CONCRETE 6 PACK - C2/3 - 520 One of the favourites BIGTIME PAUL was handy to the first corner but was checked twice on the first bend and dropped out to finish three lengths last. BIGTIME PAUL was examined by the Vet and stood down for 14 days with muscle injuries. THRILLING SNOW and HUTT PARK FLYER were both stood down for 14 days with toe nail injuries. Race 9 PETER SINCLAIR PHOTOGRAPHER - C1 - 305 One of the favourites CAWBOURNE SHORTY was checked on the first corner and went back and out forcing THRILLING DUTCH wide over extra ground and they finished in the last two places.
Race 10 THE RADIO WORKS - C1 - 305 The start of this event was started 2 minutes late due to a broken muzzle having to be replaced at the start. MADAM MOLLY and HOMEBUSH TERRA jostled together for several strides in the run to the first corner and MADAM MOLLY was eventually checked severely, dropped out to last and stayed there to the finish.
