Judicial report: Weather: cloudy Swabbing steward Nik Waikeepa was spoken to regarding the wrong dog being put away for a swab.
Due to the circumstances his explanation was accepted, but was reminded to ask for conformation if unsure in the future.----------.

Race 1	DECOART PRINTED PRODUCTS,LEVIN - C0 - 375	POWER OF ZEN was slow away Racing down to the first turn DRIVING FORWARD tried to come off the rail as UNO THE HISTORY came across and DRIVING FORWARD was severly hampered at this point and ran out as they started on the bend taking NOSH IN SOCKS with her , these two dogs raced wide in to the home straight and finished in the last two placings. DRIVING FORWARD was sent for a veterinary examination and was found to have injuries requiring a stand down. DRIVING FORWARD L D Bell injuries to both gracilus and the right pectoris muscle Rule 82.1. 21 days stand down to and including 31.08.08.
Race 2	OUTBACK TRADING COMPANY, LTD - C0 - 457	ROLL UP was slow away On the point of the home turn DEAL FOR YOU had to change ground from in behind the leader SIROCCO RICK to make his run which cost him a couple of lengths at that point.----------.
Race 3	GEON WELLINGTON - C2/3 - 375	Soon after the start HEALING CRYSTAL came across towards the rail and collided with THRILLING ZARA ,FANCY BEAR who was in behind these dogs was also hampered for a few strides FANCY BEAR and THRILLING ZARA ran on well to finish in 2nd and 3rd placing ----------.
Race 4	GRANT IRVINE PHARMACY - C1 - 457	Racing in to the first turn GO GROOVY checked WINSOME CRUISER(fav) which cost him a few lengths at that point GO GROOVY raced handy near the lead , but was noticed to run out of condition in the run up the home stretch and finished in 6th position.----------. .
Race 5	MCENTEE EVENT HIRE SPRINT - C4/5 - 375	There was no head on coverage for this race. As the field raced in to the first turn KNOW WHAT galloped up on the heels of KARISAMORE for some distance almost pulling KARISAMORE down, and both dogs lost a lot of ground at this point. KARISAMORE finished in last position and was sent for a veterinary examination where no abnormalities were found----------.
Race 6	NEW ZEALAND RACING SERIES GRADUATION #1 FINAL - RESf - 457	WILL SHE ECHO began awkwardly from the boxes and racing in to the first bend CAPP MANNERING got up on the heels of WILL SHE ECHO for some distance ,with both dogs going back to the rear. CAPP MANNERING ran on well for 3rd placing, WILL SHE ECHO never was able to recover to get back in to contention and finished at the rear. .
Race 7	WENHAM GRAIN & SEED FINAL - C3 - 375	As the field raced towards the home straight KIA KAHA ran up on the heels of CRYSTAL VIRUS as he attempted to gain clear racing room----------.
Race 8	BILL BOYD & ASSOCIATES - C1 - 375	Due to trackside commitments there was no head on coverage of this race EMILY BREEZE and ALAMEIN FLASH began awkwardly from the boxes. As the field raced down to the first turn there was tightning and jostling resulting in BLASTING POINT ,SOLITAIRE STAR, LISSADELL SAM and EMILY BREEZE being severly checked as the field on their outer came across . BLASTING POINT who was one of the worst affected ran on extremely well for his 2nd placing. EMILY BREEZE was examined by the veterinary surgeon and was found to have suffered bruising to both quadcep muscles with a 10 day stand down reccomended. EMILY BREEZE P M Blanche injuries to both quadtracep muscles Rule 82.1. 10 days stand down to and including 20.08.08.
Race 9	DELTA DRAINAGE & WATER SERVICES - C1 - 375	Soon after leaving the boxes JAYDEEMOORE came across on to MADAM KEISHA and THRILLING TURK hampering them for a few strides .
Race 10	WIZARD HOME LOANS - C4/5 - 457	As the field made their way around the first turn , the were racing in tight quarters EDDY'S GOAL was racing in between RED RUSH, LAGOON FIFI,MR CLONTARF and CHILE COMMAND on their outer, when EDDY'S GOAL ran out of room and fell, he recovered his feet and finished a distance behind the field EDDY'S GOAL was sent for a veterinary examination and was found to have suffered an injury to a gracilis muscle with a 21 days stand down recommended----------. EDDY'S GOAL D D Schofield injury to right gracilis muscle Rule 82.1. 21 days stand down to and including 31.08.08.
