| Race 1 | ALLIED WORK FORCE 0800 LABOUR - C0 - 305 | HE'S A STUNNER went up with the lids and lost ten lengths and finished in 2nd to last place at the post. As the dogs left the boxes HOMEBUSH SHAINA came across sharply and caused checks to LUCRATIVE and HOT SPICEY BOY. HOMEBUSH LOYAL came across towards the rail soon after the jump and MY PIANO had to check back for a stride to avoid heels. TICTAC MAN S R Fagan Gained a start in race two . |
| Race 2 | MICKEYS SUPER LIQUOR - C0f - 520 | SMOOTH ATTACK led early then began to give ground as the field made their way around the top bend and finished in last position. The dog looked distressed and was sent for a veterinary examination and it was found to have a slight grazing to left hind but no stand down was imposed . TESSIE BEAR D Kettlewell Torn nail on second toe right hand foot dog presented veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 10 days stand down to and including 1.08.08. TEDDY NOVA S R Fagan Elevated temperature at kenneling veterinary certificate supplied late scratching Rule 68.26. 7 days stand down to and including 30.07.08. | Race 3 | GARY ROSS DECORATOR - C2 - 305 | THRILLING AHJAY was awkwardy away from the boxes. Soon after the start BIGTIME LASS and JEOPARDY LANE came together jostling for several strides. BIGTIME LASS ran out of room on entering the first turn and went back on to HOMEBUSH VIEW causing these two dogs to lose ground from where they never recovered and finished in the last two placings THRILLING AJAY was examined by the veterinary surgeon and was found to have suffered a split webbing injury requiring a 21 day stand down. | Race 4 | GUTHRIE BOWRON WANGANUI - C1 - 520 | Soon after the start SEDGEBROOK GOLD came across towards the rail and caused THRILLING TOKEN to check back for a couple of strides. As the field raced out of the straight the first turn THRILLING SUNNY and ARANUI FLASH came together and with ARANUI FLASH never recovering from there on in to finish in last placing. THRILLING ACE was checked and lost ground racing around the first bend out of the straight as ACCUSER raced around the outside to get in to a better position at that point. |
| Race 5 | GEON WELLINGTON - C3 - 305 | Soon after the start CAB DRIVER came across towards the rail and tightened the inside runnes resulting in ZETA JONES being squeezed on to FIVE ACROSS who ran out of room and fell and never completed the course. FIVE ACROSS was sent for a veterinary examination and was found to have a deep skin cut to a shoulder and a 21 day stand down was imposed. | Race 6 | KEENAN CONCRETE - C2/3 - 520 | As the field raced in to the first turn THRILLING GUS came out and made contact with COLDHARBOR who came out and checked SWEET SECRET almost caused SWEET SECRET to be dragged down and she lost ground steadily from there on in finishing at the rear. SWEET SECRET was sent for a veterinary examination where no abnormalities were found. |
| Race 7 | WWW.WANGANUICARCENTRE.COM - C3/4 - 305 | As the field raced in to the first turn BIGTIME DORA went back towards the rear after checking back off the heels of MARC A BOOKIE but she ran on well for 4th placing at the finish. TIGGERLONG FURY and DREAMY LOVE raced out wide across the top bend as these two dogs went out wide at that point to avoid BAXTERS BOY who was racing around them at that point. |
| Race 8 | WANGANUI FARM SUPPLIES - C5 - 305 | As the field made their way around the top bend KARISAMORE was noticed to lose ground and raced wide in to the home straight taking BIGTIME EXPRESS wide with her costing them both a lot of exta ground. KARISAMORE was noticed to be short in her action going past the post and was sent for a veterinary examination where she was found to have bruising requiring a 10 day stand down period. SKADDADLE was examined two hours post race by the veterinary surgeon and was found to be vomiting and suffering from dehydration and has been stood down for 7 days. SKADDADLE Freeman & Turnwald Vomiting and dehydration rule 82.1. 7 days stand down to and including 30.07.08. |
| Race 9 | PETER SINCLAIR PHOTOGRAPHER - C4/5 - 520 | Soon after the start KEROMA ASSASSIN came across sharply and caused checks to BIGTIME ASSASSIN, IRRITABILITY and LISA SHIRAZ ,IRRITABILTY was severly checked and almost made contact with the rail and LISA SHIRAZ who was in behind this dog also suffered as a result of this IRRITABILITY and LISA SHIRAZ ran on well to finish in 3rd and 4th placing at the finish. CENTRAL RAIDER T.Downey Rule 64 Suffering from a tricep muscle injury and stood down for 10 days to and including 01.08.08. |

| Race 11 | WANGANUI SECURITY SERVICES - C1 - 305 | Soon after the start there was jostling between the inside dogs as MANNIN THE WAKA came out and BIGTIME JULIE came in and squeezed HOMEBUSH KING. These dogs moved out and LARRISSA LYN bumped in to BIGTIME JULIE in this incident BIGTIME JULIE ended up being checked back to the rear and never recovered to get in to contention from there on in finishing in last place. |
| Race 12 | THE RADIO WORKS - C1 - 305 | PEACE ICON stumbled and went down on his nose losing several lengths and then he raced out wide and finished in 2nd to last placing. Soon after they jumped MADAM LEAH came across on to BIGTIME MATE and SEXY GIRL SUTTON causing them to jostle for several strides as they raced towards the first turn. |
