Judicial report: Weather: Overcast Trainers Woolston-Bell & Heath were fined $ 150-00 under Rule 89.1 a for a breach of Rule 88.1 o when pleading guilty to being negligent in allowing the dog RAMROD REASON to have access to a product which contained a prohibited substance.

Race 1	ALLIED WORK FORCE 0800 LABOUR - C1 - 305	WHATA BOWLA was slow to begin and settled well back. LUCY'S MINT was jostled for several strides in the race to the first corner and lost ground. On the first corner WHATA BOWLA and LUCY'S MINT collided and they again collided on the home turn and finished in the last two places.
Race 2	GUTHRIE BOWRON, WANGANUI - C1/2 - 305	CHILE TIME, CAWBOURNE LOLA and HUTT PARK FLYER jostled together for a few strides soon after the start and CAWBOURNE LOLA went back to last. On the first corner, CAWBOURNE LOLA made contact with the rail then ran very wide on the bend and finished at the rear. QUICK LAUGH Woolston-Bell & Heath Rule 64 Suffering from a wrist injury and stood down for 7 days to and including 23.07.08. RAMROD REASON Woolston-Bell & Heath Rule 64.5 Scratched without penalty as the dog may have had access to a product containing a prohibited substance.
Race 3	WWW.WANGANUICARCENTRE.COM - C1/2 - 520	THRILLING TOKEN went up with the box lids and lost four lengths and was unable to make up the lost ground and finished in 6th place. JUST FOREVER was handy to the first corner but was checked and lost ground at that point.
Race 4	MICKEY'S SUPER LIQUOR - C4/5 - 305	EVAMORE and CAWBOURNE KERRY bumped together on the first corner and EVAMORE dropped back causing checks to CAWBOURNE STACEY, ROYAL FERN and BIGTIME EXPRESS and they never recovered and finished in the last four places. STACEY'S WAY A.Udy Rule 64 Suffering from pain in a graciilus muscle and stood down for 5 days to and including 21.07.08. JAMES BEE Gained a start in race 6.
Race 5	MORRIE GIBBONS SIGNS - C3/4 - 520	All clear.
Race 6	NEW ZEALAND RACING SERIES #21 SPRINT FINAL - RESf - 305	All clear. THRILLING SNOW O.Marron Rule 64 Suffering from pain and lameness in a wrist and stood down for 10 days to and including 27.07.08.
Race 7	KEENAN CONCRETE - C5 - 520	KEROMA ASSASSIN and PORCELAIN GIRL ran in from the start and checked IRRITABILITY and MARTY HALL who went back to the rear and then collided on the first turn and stayed back to finish in the last two places.
Race 8	WANGANUI FARM SUPPLIES - C4/5 - 305	The start of this event was delayed by 4 minutes at the request of T.A.B control. TIGGERLONG FURY began very awkwardly losing several lengths but then made up ground well to finish in 5th place. THRILLING SWIFT was handy to the first corner but dropped out quickly to finish several lengths last. THRILLING SWIFT was examined by the Vet and stood down for 14 days with a quadricep muscle injury. CHILE LOPEZ was checked on the first corner and lost ground. One of the favourites COLOUR CHAMELEON was 2nd starting on the bend but faded from there and finished in 3rd last place. THRILLING SWIFT B.Rangiuia Rule 82 Suffered a quadricep muscle injury and stood down for 14 days to and including 31.07.08.
Race 9	GARY ROSS DECORATOR - C4 - 305	THRILLING PIPER was very slow to begin losing all chance and she finished in last place.
Race 10	SEE YOU @ 'THE RED' - C3 - 305	CAWBOURNE JESSIE was checked and fell on the first corner and suffered a foreleg fracture and was stood down for 28 days. KIA KAHA checked over the heels of CAB DRIVER near the straight entrance and moved out causing checks to MY SINBAD, ASHBOURNE FALCON and HOMEBUSH PHOEBE and they lost all chance in the incident. MY SINBAD suffered a foot injury in the incident and was stood down for 21 days. CAWBOURNE JESSIE Freeman & Turnwald Rule 82 Checked and fell and suffered a foreleg fracture and stood down for 28 days to and including 14.08.08. MY SINBAD K.Hanover Rule 82 Checked and suffered a foot injury and stood down for 21 days to and including 07.08.08.
