Judicial report: Weather: Fine JT McInerney, the trainer of ROBTITLE a starter in Race 5, was fined $50 under Rule 69.11 when the dog weighed in 1.1kg over his last race start weight.

A post race veterinary check on CHARTERIS BAY revealed lameness and stifle pain to the left hind leg with a 21 day stand down recommended. Soon after the jump UP TOWN LASS drove toward the rail and hampered the runners inside TOYA and WEE SHADOW. TIGER BALM was a stride slow but recovered quickly to win well. Into the first bend WEE SHADOW got on the heels of WAIMAK PAT and lost ground. A few strides after WEE SHADOW moved in and bumped KAIAPOI FIRST and went wide on the bend losing all chance. |
