Judicial report: Weather: Showery Trainer N.Clark was fined $ 50-00 under Rule 68.6 when he was late to kennel the dog THRILLING CHASE.
J.T.McInerney the Trainer of BAXTERS LAD was fined $ 50-00 under Rule 69.11 when the dog was presented 1.1 kilograms overweight.

Race 1	ALLIED WORK FORCE 0800 LABOUR - C1/2 - 305	HOMEBUSH BREE, VOODOO CHARM, LUKE SAMMY ZAK and BIGTIME LASS bumped together for several strides soon after the start and they lost ground and finished in the last four places.
Race 2	MICKEYS SUPER LIQUOR - C1 - 520	NATURE RULES, OUR SANDMAN and CHAMSIN CREEK bumped together at the start and settled at the rear. OUR SANDMAN then dropped back several lengths and then made up some ground but finished in last place. He was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury. GOOD CATCH Ex Wanganui 0n 02.07.08. HOMEBUSH BOND Freeman & Turnwald Rule 64 Suffering from a hip support injury and stood down for 5 days to and including 07.07.08 MAXWELL COOL D.Parata Rule 68 A late scratching due to a swollen and bruised foreleg and stood down for 14 days to and including 17.07.08.
Race 3	GARY ROSS DECORATOR - C3 - 305	All clear.
Race 4	KEENAN CONCRETE - C1 - 520	SHY ANNE ROSE was checked on the first corner and moved out forcing CAPP MANNERING a little wide on the first bend. SHY ANNE ROSE was checked again entering the back straight and lost several lengths and finished in last place.
Race 5	WANGANUI SECURITY SERVICES - C2 - 520	PECCARI ran in from the start and checked DAPTO TOKEN, KIWISAVER and QUICK LAUGH and they went back to the rear. CHARTERS BAY and PECCARI bumped together several times on the first bend and they lost momentum and dropped out to finish in the last two places.
Race 6	GUTHRIE BOWRON WANGANUI - C4/5 - 305	ANGELITO and BIG PA were checked on the bend and they went back to the rear and never recovered.
Race 7	WWW.WANGANUICARCENTRE.COM - C3/4 - 520	WORK RELEASE was checked on the first corner and went from a handy position back to near the rear. BIGTIME PAUL was handy on the home turn but was checked and fell. LOTTO BALLS was unable to avoid the fallen runner and also fell and WORK RELEASE was also hindered in the incident. Both fallen runners were examined by the Vet and BIGTIME PAUL was stood down for 7 days with bruising and mild concussion. LOTTO BALLS was stood down for 5 days with bruising and minor skin abrasions. BIGTIME PAUL B.Cole Rule 82 Checked and fell and suffered bruising and mild concussion and stood down for 7 days to and including 10.07.08. LOTTO BALLS A.Duganzich Rule 82 Checked and fell and suffered bruising and minor skin abrasions and stood down for 5 days to and including 08.07.08.
Race 8	WANGANUI FARM SUPPLIES - C5 - 520	ANOTHER LLOYD ran in from the start from box 8 and checked BAXTER'S GENERAL, BAXTERS LAD and BIGTIME ASSASSIN and all four lost ground and they stayed back to finish in the last four places. MICRO BENNY led down the back straight but was galloped on by PORCELAIN GIRL and lost three lengths. MICRO BENNY recovered to make up some ground for 3rd place.
Race 9	MORRIE GIBBONS SIGNS - C4/5 - 305	HOMEBUSH AUSSIE was midfield on the first corner but was checked back to last and stayed there to the finish.
Race 10	SEE YOU @ 'THE RED' - C4 - 305	DREAMY LOVE moved out on the first corner and pushed SHARIMORE and KARISAMORE wide over extra ground and they finished in the last three places.
