Race 1	GRANT IRVINE PHARMACY MAIDEN - C0 - 375	As the field raced in to the first turn MARCO SHARK came across to the rail and checked BENBULBEN BEN who made contact with the rail at that point. BENBULBEN BEN was sent for a veterinary examination where no abnormalities were found, no stand down required.
Race 2	KERB & CONCRETE MAIDEN - HEAT 1 - C0q - 457 Heat 1	THRILLING LARK was slowest away SUZY MAC was a scratching due to a paw injury SUZY MAC A T & J M Hall lesion to claw on left front paw. Dog presented and veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 7 days stand down to and including 20.06.08
Race 3	THRILLING KENNELS MAIDEN FINAL - C0f - 375	Soon after leaving the boxes ALAMEIN FLASH came across towards the rail and made contact with DOUBLE DECLUCH for a couple of strides. Racing in to the first turn NELLY JEAN ran wide to avoid the heels of EVA TITU. DRIVING FORWARD L.D.Bell Rule 82 Suffered an injury to a satorius muscle and stood down for 10 days to and including 25.06.08.
Race 4	KERB & CONCRETE MAIDEN - HEAT 2 - C0q - 457 Heat 1	WINSOME DELUXE (fav) was slow away from the boxes and she then raced up on the inside and had to check back off the heels of BIGTIME ZALAS causing her to come out and check UNO I'M QUICK and KNOW BEST who had to take evasive action going out wide into the first turn and this cost them ground at that point.
Race 5	OUTBACK TRADING COMPANY LTD - C4 - 375	All clear
Race 6	MCENTEE EVENT HIRE SPRINT - C5 - 375	As the field raced in to the first turn RED BIRD came out off the rail and severely checked CRYSTAL HISTORY and THRILLING SWIFT causing them to be pushed out wide around the top bend and this caused these three dogs all chance of a placing.
Race 7	GEON WELLINGTON - C1 - 375	As the field raced in to the first turn THRILLING GRIT (fav) ran up in to the pack and ran out of room having to check back off the heels of CRYSTAL CYRUS and hampered TIGER INDY WOODS by forcing him to race wide at that point. As the field raced towards the home turn HUTT PARK FLYER came around CRYSTAL CYRUS and cut in causing CRYSTAL CYRUS to be checked quite severely and she finished in last position. THRILLING DUTCH was a scratching due to a satorius muscle injury HITMAN FRED was a scratching Ex Waikato 12.06.08 THRILLING DUTCH A.Udy Rule 64 Suffering from a satorius muscle injury and stood down for 10 days to and including 24.06.08. HITMAN FRED Ex Waikasto on 12.06.08.
Race 8	SPARKY'S RESTAURANT & BAR - C2 - 375	A couple of strides out of the boxes KIA KAHA came across on to CAMBOURNE GREG causing THRILLING TOM to be squeezed back to the rear at that point. On entering the first turn KIA KAHA came out and cannoned in to THRILLING COLT causing him to be pushed out wide around the top bend and he finished in 2nd last place. KIA KAHA recovered to run a very game second placing at the finish.
Race 9	WIZARD HOMES LOANS - C1 - 457	CHAMSIN CREEK and JIMMY THUNDER came together at the start for a stride. As the field raced down to the first turn ACCUSER was making ground as LECTROMAN and THRILLING TIFF came together causing ACCUSER to clip heels and fall and he did not complete the course. ACCUSER was sent for a veterinary examination and was found to have an injury requiring a seven days stand down. MAXWELL COOL was a scratching due to a triceps muscle injury MAXWELL COOL D J Parata Injury to right triceps muscle. Dog presented and veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 10 days stand down to and including 24.06.08 ACCUSER B R D Cole Checked and fell and suffered bruising to left thigh. Rule 82.1 7 days stand down to and including 22.06.08
Race 10	BILL BOYD & ASSOCIATES - C1 - 375	THRILLING BLOKE (fav) was tardy away but secured a good run up in behind the leader as they made their way across the top. THRILLING BLOKE was checked back to the rear when squeezed by HOMEBUSH ABLE and BIGTIME LASS THRILLING BLOKE made a good recovery to run on into 3rd placing at the finish.
Race 11	FREEDOM PRINT & DESIGN HOUSE - C3 - 375	Soon after the start there was tightning between the four dogs in the middle of the field for a few strides On entering the first turn BAXTERS BOY had to take evasive action to keep from running in to REWIRED(fav) and in doing so took LESHITA wide around the top bend REWIRED reovered to run on late for 4th placing.
Race 12	COMPANY BRANDING SHOP, LEVIN - C1 - 375	TIMMY VINE and BUGIN THE JUG were both squeezed for several strides soon after the start as the field moved across towards the rail THRILLING MARIA (fav) was slow to begin and was caught wide until just before the home turn and this cost her ground and she finished in 6th position.
Race 13	THE TRUSTS CHARITABLE FOUNDATION - C4/5 - 457	CAWBOURNE RAY was handy in the running as the field made their way around into the top bend and he then raced onto the heels of SHE'S TOO COOL for a couple of strides and drifted out wide and finished at the rear of the field. CAWBOURNE RAY was sent for a veterinary examination where an injury was found requiring a 28 days stand down period. CAWBOURNE RAY D D Schofield. Suffered a metatarsal injury. Rule 82.1 28 days stand down to and including 13.07.08.
