Judicial report: Weather: Overcast and cold Trainer DD Schofield was fined $50.00 for a breach of Rule 69.11. when FANCY ALEX weighed in at 37.2.kgs which was 1.3 kgs over its last race weight on 19 May 2008.
Trainers LM and GA Mitchell were fined $50.00 for a breach of Rule 69.11. when SMOOTH STRIDER weighed in at 36.4.kgs which was 1.4 kgs under his last race weight on 18 May 2008.

Race 1	TAMAHERE DASH - HEAT 1 - C1q - 375 Heat 1	CONTAGEN checked off THRILLING AMY when looking for racing room and fell on the bend. TIGGER FOOT and CREEK DIAMOND were both badly checked in this incident. Post race veterinary checks on CONTAGEN and CREEK DIAMOND revealed bruising to CONTAGEN with a three day stand down recommended and a bruised carpus to CREEK DIAMOND with a seven day stand down recommended. HITMAN FRED (PG Lowen) was a late scratching at 9.30am with a metatarsal sprain. Dog presented. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 10 days up to and including 21 June 2008. CONTAGEN (W Steele) bruising to shoulder and hind leg after fall. Rule 82.1. 3 days up to and including 14 June 2008. CREEK DIAMOND (DM Smith) bruised right carpus. Rule 82.1. 7 days up to and including 18 June 2008.
Race 2	WAIKATO RACEPIX SPRINT - C2 - 375	HUCKY HUCK received a check racing into the bend when midfield.
Race 3	TAUWHARE STAKES - C1 - 457	All clear. BORN ENTERTAINER (LP & LC Joyce) laceration to right forearm requiring staples. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 10 days up to and including 21 June 2008. BILLY THUNDER (HS Laagland) grazed nailbed left fore lateral toe. Dog presented. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 3 days up to and including 14 June 2008.
Race 4	TAMAHERE DASH - HEAT 2 - C1q - 375 Heat 1	All clear.
Race 5	TAMAHERE DASH - HEAT 3 - C1q - 375 Heat 1	EYES A TITLE was checked soon after the jump and appeared to dip just prior to the home turn losing a couple of lengths. A post race veterinary check revealed no injury.
Race 6	SUPERIOR CHUNKY DOG ROLLS STAKES - C2/3 - 457	SMOOTH STRIDER ran outwards soon after the jump coming into contact with THRILLING SKITZ, KING JACK and REWIRED. SMOOTH STRIDER dropped away to finish last with the connections advising that the dog would be retired.
Race 7	T.A.B. PUMP & AUTOMOTIVE LTD SPRINT - C4 - 375	SWINGING ZORRO was tightened badly soon after the jump dropping to the rear. He never appeared comfortable thereafter finishing last with a post race veterinary check revealing strained right triceps with a seven day stand down recommended. PRETTY FUNNY found all sorts of trouble in behind this incident and was checked again shortly after. He ran on late for fifth. SWINGING ZORRO (SP Clark) strained right triceps. Rule 82.1. 7 days up to and including 18 June 2008.
Race 8	NEW ZEALAND RACING SERIES #19 - HEAT 1 - RESq - 457 Heat 1	HOT DICKADEE was squeezed to the rear soon after the jump. On the home turn PATTY'S ANSWER received a check and was turned sideways giving JACKO a bump in the process. THRILLING LUCY also received a check in this incident. PATTY'S ANSWER finished last with a post race veterinary check revealing no injury and THRILLING LUCY received split webbing with a seven day stand down recommended. THRILLING TASHA was also examined and found to have a torn dew claw with a seven day stand down recommended. THRILLING LUCY (K Walsh) split webbing. Rule 82.1. 7 days up to and including 18 June 2008. THRILLING TASHA (BA Hunt) torn left dew claw. Rule 82.1. 7 days up to and including 18 June 2008.
Race 9	RACEWAY SPRINT - C5 - 375	DEVIL'S COUNTY was a clear last on settling but ran on along the inside for fifth.
Race 10	NEW ZEALAND RACING SERIES #19 - HEAT 2 - RESq - 457 Heat 1	KILLER TOUCH was slow to jump and remained last throughout. MR CLONTARF was held up into the bend and ran on well when clear for third.
