Judicial report: Weather: Fine JM JOPSON was fined $50.00 for a breach of Rule 69.11 when MR.PROVOCATIVE, a starter in Race 3 weighed in 1.2kgs above his last race start weight.
AC ROBERTS was fined $100.00 for a breach of Rule 69.11 when FRENCH INVADER, a starter in Race 9 weighed in 1.9kgs above his last race start weight.

Race 1	ADVANCE PERFORMANCE DASH - C5 - 295	Soon after the start AMBER BEADLE and MISSING BEEN came together with RUDI JEWEL hampered and changing ground to race wider on the track. Into the bend GENISTA SPIRIT was tightened for racing room and dropped to the rear where she stayed.
Race 2	CHALLENGE OPAWA ALL UP SPRINT - C4 - 295	WHISKY LEE GIRL was slow to jump and then ran wide on the track losibng ground. Into the bend THAT VIRUS checked off FOUL PLAY and lost ground.
Race 3	FLAIR SPRINT - C3 - 295	Into the bend MOST ROYAL and BLACK INN BRAVE came together and came back on HOMEBUSH CASTOR and HOMEBUSH MATE were checked, dropping out to fill the last two placings. HOMEBUSH ALIDA (JT McInerney) right hind 5th toenail torn. Dog presented. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 14 days up to and including 11 June 2008.
Race 4	BARRON'S SUPPLIES STAKES - C5 - 520	Soon after the start COOL GROOVY was checked when racing between SMASH PALACE and NITRO MARTA. Soon after COOL GROOVY galloped on LAGOON PHOENIX, checked out onto WINSOME SHOW and settled last. COOL GROOVY was held up racing across the top but ran on late to finish fifth.
Race 5	WWW.CANTERBURYPROPERTY.CO.NZ STAKES - C4 - 520	Racing into the first bend WINSOME GRACE ran out and forced WINSOME CYCLONE out and he clipped the hindquarters of BERT BADGER. All three dogs lost their chance, filling the last three placings. In the straight SPACEHOPPER moved out off the winner's hindquarters and collided with STARLIGHT JEWEL and LYRICAL BALE.
Race 6	COASTERS TAVERN CANNONBALL SPRINT - C5f - 295	CHILE WILL HE was slow to leave the boxes. Into the bend ANOTHER LAUREL and MICRO SISSY were tightened losing ground. Into the straight ROYAL FERN checked out off GRANT A FORTUNE causing the improving DUWANNA HAND to leap outwards to avoid contact and lost ground. ANOTHER GALE (JT McInerney) left fore 5th toenail torn. Dog presented. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 14 days up to and including 11 June 2008.
Race 7	WWW.CHRISTCHURCHGREYHOUNDS.CO.NZ DISTANCE - C0d - 645	Into the straight for the first time JIMMY BLACKSMITH ran out and collided with LAGOON LAD. At the winning post with a round to run SCOTT NO TRACK checked out off YOUR TURN and hampered SHREK ROXON. Into the home straight SCOTT NO TRACK was disappointed for a run but angled down to the rail, in the process checking WHO'S SHIFTY and forcing PAUL BAXTER out wide, and powered through to win.
Race 8	2008 TOP GUN - INV - 520	The favourite WINSOME ASHLEY stumbled out of the boxes and settled a clear last. RED RUSH was also slow away and racing out of the first bend collided heavily with AUSSIE OPAWA, both dogs losing their chance
Race 9	DAVE ROBBIE PHOTOGRAPHER STAKES - C3 - 520	Soon after the jump with pressure from the inside and outside FRENCH INVADER, NASSIRAY JEWEL, GRANT A FREAM, SMART THOMAS and NITRO JAKE were tightened and lost ground.
Race 10	PERRY FOUNDATION DASH - C4 - 295	GO STRAIT THREW, CADBURY HAND and KARL BAXTER collided soon after the start with CADBURY HAND being badly checked. He was subject to a vet check revealed no injury. KNOW WHAT (GA Cleeve) left hind sesamoid pain. Dog presented. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 10 days up to and including 6 June 2008.
