Race 1	ALLIED WORK FORCE 0800 LABOUR - C2 - 305	OLD DAN'S MATE ran onto the heels of LAGOON MONROE on the first corner, dropped back and never recovered and finished in last place.
Race 2	GARY ROSS DECORATOR - C2/3 - 305	PECCARI was checked back to last soon after the start but recovered well to finish in 2nd place.
Race 3	PETER SINCLAIR PHOTOS - C2/3 - 305	THRILLING BURN was slow to begin but secured a clear run through on the inside to finish in 3rd place. FYVIE BELLE was checked on the first corner and dropped back to the rear and finished in 2nd last place. THRILLING BREE was forced wide over extra ground on the bend and finished in last place.
Race 4	MICKEYS SUPER LIQUOR - C4q - 305 Heat 1	The favourite THRILLING BURN was slow to begin but recovered to finish well for 3rd place.HOMEBUSH BASMATI was checked on the first corner, lost three lengths and stayed back to finish last.
Race 5	GUTHRIE BOWRON - C3/4 - 520	BAXTER'S GENERAL, FREDDIE SAGE and CAWBOURNE KERRY bumped together soon after the start and settled back. The favourite FANCY MAY bumped with BAXTER'S GENERAL in the race to the first corner and again starting the first bend and she then ran a little wide but recovered to run on for 3rd place. FINAL EPISODE C.Morris Rule 82 Suffering from muscle soreness due to acidosis and stood down for 10 days to and including 01.06.08.
Race 6	GEON WELLINGTON - C4q - 305 Heat 1	CRYSTAL WENDY who finished in 2nd place appeared to be a little sore after the race and was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury.
Race 7	KEENAN CONCRETE - C0d - 645	YOUR TURN was in 2nd place with just under a circuit to run but was then checked and lost four lengths. She did make up some ground over the final stages and finished in 5th place MACK'S BOUNTY Ex Addington on 20.05.08.
Race 8	WANGANUI FARM SUPPLIES - C5 - 520	ANOTHER PRIDE was checked and ran wide on the first bend. CENTRAL RAIDER T.Downey Rule 64 Suffering from a gracilus muscle injury and stood down for 14 days to and including 04.06.08. PORCELAIN GIRL B.Cole Rule 64 Suffering from an infected chest muscle and skin and stood down for 14 for days to and including 03.06.08.
Race 9	MORRIE GIBBONS SIGNS - C5 - 305	LISA SHIRAZ was last away but secured a clear run on the inside and won the race. CRYSTAL HISTORY was checked and lost ground on the first corner. THRILLING PIPER, BOTANY ROY and FANCY LINE jostled together for several strides on the first corner and THRILLING PIPER went back to last. ZAC ATTACK checked off the heels of STACEY'S WAY on the bend but recovered to finish in 2nd place. PAPAMOA LASS Ex Manawatu on 19.05.08. BIGTIME ELLA L.Ahern Rule 64 Suffering from swollen and painful hip muscles and stood down for 14 days to and including 03.06.08. MY TOY BOY D.Schofield Dog now deceased.
Race 10	DIMOCKS RETRAVISION - C5 - 305	The winner FORCE OF REVENGE moved in racing to the first corner and checked DAPTO GLOSS, EVAMORE, JAMES BEE and LEUMEAH MISS and they lost all chance of a placing. DREAMY LOVE G & S Hayden Holmes Rule 64 Suffering from an injury to a forearm and stood down for 10 days to and including 30.05.08. FANCY LINE Gained a start in race 9. EVAMORE I.Moore Rule 82 Suffering from muscle soreness and mild acidosis and stood down for 10 days to and including 01.06.08.
