R ADCOCK was fined $50.00 or a breach of Rule 69.11 when APACHE MOHAWK, a starter in Race 5, weighed in 1.3kgs under her last race start weight.

Race 1	ADDED ENERGY WELCOME - C0 - 390	HAILSTONE HIKRY was slow to jump and was tightened inside dogs into the bend. He finished fourth.
Race 2	SOUTHLAND GREYHOUNDS SERIES - ROUND 1 - C1q - 457 Heat 1	The favourite WILL SHE ECHO was slow to jump settling a clear last. When improving into the bend she collided with AVANZATA and LAURA BRAND these dogs losing all chance.
Race 3	SOUTHLAND GREYHOUNDS SERIES - ROUND 1 - C1q - 457 Heat 1	DIAMOND MILL missed the jump settling a distant last before running on late for fifth.
Race 4	SOUTHERN FLOOR CARE LTD - C1 - 390	CAWBOURNE SAM was slow to jump. Into the bend INDIANAPOLIS KID, BURST ON BYE, HAILSTONE ANGEL and HOMEBUSH BURT came together all losing ground to finish well back.
Race 5	SOUTHLAND GREYHOUNDS SERIES - ROUND 1 - C1q - 457 Heat 1	WITH A RHYTHM was slow to jump before improving wide to finish on for third. MOA HUNTER was tightened inside dogs into the bend losing all chance.
Race 6	BRENDON BURKE @ SOUTHERN WIDE - C2/3 - 390	FREDERICK BAXTER was slow to jump settling a clear last. Around the bend THRILLING ARCHIE and FAST HAND came together both losing all chance to tail the field home. HIGHWAY BAXTER (JT McInerney) diarrhoea and high temperature. Dog presented and veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 68.12. 5 days up to and including 8 May 2008.
Race 7	SOUTHLAND GREYHOUNDS SERIES - ROUND 1 - C1q - 457 Heat 1	HOMEBUSH ERNIE jumped on terms with the field but after two strides lost ground settling a clear last. He finished midfield. A review of the head on race film revealed HOMEBUSH ERNIE to have caught his right fore foot on the edge of the matting resulting in his twisting sideways and loosing his forward momemtum. Into the bend AQUIT moved outwards coming in contact with FAST GROOVY and checking BETHELLS BABE. AQUIT drifted out to finish last.
Race 8	WWW.SOUTHLANDGREYHOUNDS.CO.NZ - C2/3 - 457	In the run to the bend ELARA moved down to the rail checking JIMMY BLACKSMITH who lost momentum. They finished on for 2nd and 5th. COASTERZAM (R Casey) right groin strain. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 14 days up to and including 15 May 2008. WHISKY'S LAD (JT McInerney) diarrhoea and high temperature. Dog presented and veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 68.12. 5 days up to and including 8 May 2008.
Race 9	OSBOURNE ENGINEERING, BLUFF - C5 - 390	LEUMEAH MISS caught her muzzle in the grill coming up with the lids to lose three lengths. She improved along the rail to finish 6th. Into the bend SAIGON LORD collided with RAILS BOOKMAKER.
Race 10	SOUTHLAND TIPPING COMPETITION - C4/5 - 457	BAXTERS LAD, SPACE HOPPER and WINSOME SHOW were slow to jump settling at the rear. BAXTERS LAD finished strongly for third. YOUR TURN (JT McInerney) diarrhoea and high temperature. Dog presented and veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 68.12. 5 days up to and including 8 May 2008.
