| Race 3 | OUTBACK TRADING COMPANY LTD - C1 - 457 | As the field made their way towards the home turn FATHER FIGURE was checked by BUNNY BRASCH and fell , CAPP MANNERING who was following a few lengths behind could not avoid the fallen runner and went over top of that dog and also fell but recovered to finish some distance behind the field. FATHER FIGURE was sent for a veterinary examination and was found to have an injury to its left scapula requiring a 28 days stand down. CAPP MANNERING was sent for a veterinary examination and was found to have slight grazing on left shoulder and mild bruising with no stand down recommended----------. As the field raced into the first turn STAUNCH got up on the heels of AFTERNOON DELIGHT causing her to lose more ground at that point . . . |

| Race 8 | MANAWATU - YOUNG HEART EASY LIVING - C2 - 375 | As the field raced down to the first turn SWINNING ZORRO was hit from behind and unbalanced for a few strides by THRILLING BREE as that dog tried to get through between dogs at that point. THRILLING BREE was given a veterinary examination at the trainers request and was found to have suffered a small laceration on her stifle requiring a 5 days stand down. | Race 9 | GAP, ADOPT A GREYHOUND SPRINT - C1 - 375 | Soon after the start THRILLING ELROY came across onto STARLIGHT WOODS crowding her for some distance causing THRILLING ELSA and HOMEBUSH REX who were on their inside to be checked back to the rear where they could not recover from there and filled the last two positons at the post . As the field turned into the home straight HE'S SO FINE lost his footing in behind momentarily as BIGTIME LASS was making a run from the back and made contact with his hindquarters. |
