Judicial report: Weather: Fine Trainer TA Green was fined $50.00 for a breach of Rule 69.11. when ARE YOU ENVIOUS weighed in at 28.6 kgs which was 1.1 kgs under its last race weight on 27 March 2008
Trainer JT McInerney was fined $50.00 for a breach of Rule 69.11. when ANOTHER LLOYD weighed in at 34.6 kgs which was 1.1 kgs over its last race weight on 4 April 2008.

Race 1	CAROL MORRIS' DADS MEMORIAL - C0d - 630	HITMAN FRED ran outwards on the first bend losing ground. He continued to lose ground throughout the race finishing a long last with a post race veterinary check revealing severe cramp. WINSOME JUNIOR (J&D Fahey) right groin pain. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 7 days up to and including 15 April 2008.
Race 2	RED HOT MOMMAS MAIDEN FINAL - C0f - 457	The favourite FANCY ALEX jumped straight to the lead and ran very wide throughout the race. He was still able to kick away in the straight to win impressively.
Race 3	JOHN LAMONT STAKES - C2 - 457	All clear.
Race 4	RED HIT RING-INS STAKES - C3 - 457	All clear.
Race 5	CAROL'S TABS STAKES - C4 - 457	SMASH PALACE was tightened in between RIALTO MISSION and BAXTER'S GENERAL into the bend and lost ground remaining well back throughout.
Race 6	NEW ZEALAND DERBY FINAL - R/Af - 457	CRAFTY FLYNN was tightened on the inside into the bend and ran outwards checking SAIGON LORD and BLACK BOOK who lost their chances. COOL GROOVY was also checked in this incident losing ground but he ran on well for fourth. MCCRACKEN (J&D Fahey) sprained quadriceps. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 10 days up to and including 18 April 2008.
Race 7	T MCDONALD CUP FINAL - C2df - 747	MAJOR CONQUEST was slow to jump remaining well back throughout.
Race 8	VEHICLE SERVICES SPRINT - C5 - 375	DARN RIGHT ran outwards on the bend when well back in the running with AQUAMAN being badly checked and falling. On viewing the replay it was established that a rabbit had encroached on the outside of the track and DARN RIGHT had seen it and ran off. After study of the video of the race it was decided that placings stand due to the fact that these two dogs were so far back at the time of the incident. Post race veterinary checks were carried out on DARN RIGHT and AQUAMAN that revealed no injury to DARN RIGHT but bruising and grazes on AQUAMAN with a seven day stand down recommended. SUPER HOUND (L Jensen) sprained toes. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 10 days up to and including 18 April 2008. (Papers to be endorsed). BLACK BOOK (SC Mann) starter in Race 6 AQUAMAN (BRD Cole) bruising over left shoulder and grazes to right hock after fall. Rule 82.1. 7 days up to and including 16 April 2008.
Race 9	RUDZ & HOBBSEY STAKES - C5 - 457	BEE ROCCA was tightened into the bend and lost ground.
Race 10	PINK & RED HAT BRIGADE - C1 - 457	LOCHINVAR VOLCOM and MIRKOLA BALE were both tightened losing ground into the bend. On the bend FATHER FIGURE was badly checked when racing between dogs. SAINT DANIEL was a clear leader until close to the finish when he stopped quickly to finish fourth. A post race veterinary check revealed severe cramp with a three day stand down recommended. JACKO (GA Lawrence) starter in Race 1 SAINT DANIEL (J McInerney Jnr) severe cramp. Rule 82.1. 3 days up to and including 12 April 2008.
