Race 1	GARY ROSS DECORATOR - C0 - 305	MOON HONEY jumped in at the start and checked KIKI KATE who went back to last and stayed there to the finish. TARA LILLY was checked on the first corner and lost a little ground but recovered to finish in 4th place. LILLI LANTRY Now deceased after suffering a hock fracture at a recent trial meeting. BIGTIME BEAUTY L.Ahern Rule 64 Suffering from a dew claw injury and stood down for 10 days to and including 03.04.08. ( Vet certificate to be supplied and papers to be endorsed. )
Race 2	MICKEY'S SUPER LIQUOR - C0f - 305	NEW BEGINNING was away well but was checked soon after and went back to last and stayed there. CAWBOURNE WAY was handy to the first corner but was then checked and lost several lengths and finished well back.
Race 3	www.wanganuicarcentre.com - C1 - 520	THRILLING TOKEN went up with the box lids and missed the start by several lengths. He never recovered and raced well back in the field and finished 3rd last. The winner FANCY EEL moved in entering the back straight and checked SALLY'S BABE who lost ground but still finished in 3rd place.
Race 4	MCENTEE EVENT HIRE - C2 - 305	The favourite DADDY'S DESTINY was one of the last away and then checked off the heels of EMILY BREEZE on the first corner. Approaching the home turn, EMILY BREEZE was checked and went back onto DADDY'S DESTINY and soon after they were both checked again when VOODOO CHARM moved in across their line and they finished in the last two places.
Race 5	KEENAN CONCRETE 6 PACK - SPEC - 520	All clear.
Race 6	ALLIED WORK FORCE - C1f - 520	POSSUM BORN, FOUR WHITE SOX and THRILLING CHASE were all checked and lost ground on the first corner. THRILLING CHASE recovered to finish in 2nd place but the other two finished at the rear of the field. FANCY MAY D.Schofield Rule 64 Suffering from a hock sprain and stood down for 7 days to and including 31.03.08. MR. SIMPLY Ex Wanganui on 19.03.08.
Race 7	GUTHRIE BOWRON WANGANUI - C1/2 - 520	One of the favourites BIGTIME PAUL led with a circuit to run but was checked soon after, lost several lengths and was never a chance of a placing from there and finished in 5th place. ARANUI SPEEDY was in 3rd place on the last bend when he made firm contact with the rail and dropped out to finish in last place. ARANUI SPEEDY was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury.
Race 8	WANGANUI FARM SUPPLIES - C0 - 520	SEDGBROOK GOLD and SEDGBROOK BOND bumped together in the run to the first corner and dropped back to the rear. SEDGBROOK BOND continued to lose ground and finished several lengths last and was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury.
Race 9	PETER SINCLAIR PHOTOGRAPHER - C1 - 305	TYPHOON GRACIE and FULL STOP were very slow to leave the boxes. ASLAN was checked on the first corner and lost ground and finished in 3rd last place. CAWBOURNE LOLA C.Morris Rule 64 Suffering from a carpus injury and stood down for 7 days to and including 31.03.08.
Race 10	DIMOCKS RETRAVISION - C1 - 305	One of the favourites MOON DANCER was a little slow away and was then checked on the first corner and stumbled losing several lengths and she finished in last place.
