Race 1	MCENTEE EVENT HIRE - C0f - 305	BIGTIME GROOVY and CAWBOURNE LOLA jostled together on the first corner and both lost ground with CAWBOURNE LOLA being the most affected and she lost several lengths and finished last. THRILLING MARIA A Udy Rule 68.26. A late scratching when found to be suffering from diarrhoea and stood down for 5 days to and including 4.03.08.
Race 2	WANGANUI FARM SUPPLIES - C2 - 305	SUZIE THE FLUZY ran in and DADDY'S DESTINY ran out from the start and this resulted in DANCING TESSA and DADDY'S DESTINY being checked back to the rear. They were again checked on the home turn and finished in the last two places.
Race 3	KEENAN CONCRETE 6 PACK - C1f - 520	All clear. KIWISAVER Ex Manawatu on 25.02.08.
Race 4	PETER SINCLAIR PHOTOS - C2/3 - 305	THRILLING BURN was slow to begin and was then checked on the first corner and lost three lengths. THRILLING BURN was then observed to make up some ground and finished in 5th place.
Race 5	www.wanganuicarcentre.com - C1 - 520	CAPP MANNERING was slow to begin and ran wide on the first bend and entered the back straight several lengths behind the 2nd last runner. CAPP MANNERING did run on from there and finished in 6th place. TRAVEL HAPPY was checked entering the back straight and went back to last and stayed there to the finish. THRILLING SWAY Gained a start in race 3.
Race 6	MICKEYS SUPER LIQUOR - C2/3 - 305	HOMEBUSH PHOEBE ran in on the first corner and checked TOUCH OF SMOKEY, LAGOON RISE, KIA KAHA and THRILLING CHANCE who all lost valuable ground and the chance of a placing.
Race 7	GARY ROSS DECORATOR - C3/4 - 520	As the field raced down to the first turn there was tightning to the inside dogs as ANOTHER PRIDE came across and at the same time KYLE'S STORM came out for clear racing room and took THRILLING NEO and ANOTHER PRIDE wide on the first bend and they could not make up ground there after and finished near the rear.
Race 8	NEW ZEALAND RACING SERIES #13 DISTANCE FINAL - RESdf - 755	TIZZY LEE BUCKET was slow away and lost several lengths. As the field raced in to the back straight OWNEY JOE TARR and THRILLING MAC((fav) had been racing close together around the bend and THRILLING MAC received a check as OWNEY JOE TARR crossed over and lost ground that he could not make up. On the turn in to the home straight TIZZY LEE BUCKET ran up on the heels of THRILLING GUS and caused that dog to lose momentem and they finished in the last two places. THRILLING GUS was sent for a veterinary examination where no abnormalities were found.
Race 9	GEON WELLINGTON - C4/5 - 305	As the field turned in to the home straight DAPTO GLOSS and FUN AND PROFIT came together for several strides as DAPTO GLOSS was attempting to gain a run up on the rail.. ZAC ATTACK M.Lozell Rule 64 Suffering from a toe injury and stood down for 7 days to and including 5.03.08.
Race 10	DIMOCKS RETRAVISION - C4 - 305	There was no head on coverage from trackside for this race As the made their way in to the first bend ADAMINSKI and WACK(fav) struck trouble and lost ground Turning for home WACK was galloped on from behind by ADAMINSKI as that dog attempted to improve at that point.
