Judicial report: Weather: Fine The enquiry opened and adjourned on 27 January 2008 in respect to the ownership of THRILLING ZEUS (JR Goode and L Phillips) was re opened with no charges preferred after it was established that the respective change of ownership paperwork was with the Association office at the time, they awaiting receipt of the Certificate of Registration to enable the change to be effected.
Trainers J&D Fahey were fined $50.00 for a breach of Rule 69.11, when WILLY FLIRT, a starter in Race 7, weighed in 1.4kgs above his last race start weight.

Into the bend HOMEBUSH ALIDA and ROBTITLE bumped, a stride or two later KNOW WHAT and MULBERRY SNOOP came together with KNOW WHAT losing ground on the inner. |

Into the home straight when racing at the back of the field CLAN MCDEE and SEMBAWANG RUBY came together causing ANYTIME SOON to check and move wide on the track, these dogs filling the last three placings. |

Soon after the jump PAULS A PUNK was tightened and lost ground. Soon after MUNGO checked off the heels of HANSOME HARRY and ran wide on the track. Approaching the home straight PAULS A PUNK checked off the heels of KNOW FLIRT and finished a distant last. |

MISS WICKLOW continued her outward movement and tangled with HOMEBUSH HOUDINI asecond time, both dogs finishing at the rear of the field. AMBER BEADLE (GA Cleeve) right hind 5th toe laceration. Into the straight BLAZIN A TRAIL came out and turned CHILLI MITCH sideways. A veterinary inspection of CHILLI MITCH revealed nothing amiss. |
