Judicial report: Weather: Fine Trainer Mrs D.L Annette was fined $50.00 for a breach of Rule 69.11. when BREATHLYSE ME weighed in 1.4kgs under his last race weight on 31 January 2008.

Race 1	OXYSHOT KENNEL LIFE STAKES - C1/2 - 527	HUCKY HUCK was slow to jump running on well for third. Into the first bend THRILLING ROCCO checked outwards when tightened for room and lost ground. SIMPLY BLESSED the favourite was also pushed wide around this bend. Shortly after this SAN SHIN checked outwards off BIGTIME PAUL and checked CUPLA SCHILLINGS with both dogs losing ground and tailing the field. A post race veterinary check of SAN SHIN revealed a sprained wrist with a seven day stand down recommended. SAN SHIN (DL Annette) sprained left wrist. Rule 82.1. 7 days up to and including 23 February 2008.
Race 2	JACK'S WHOLESALE MEATS SPRINT - C4 - 318	REBA KEROMA was the last away but railed through to lead on the turn and win well. Into the bend SUISSA and HOT DOC were checked through tightening as four dogs went to the bend in a line. SUISSA rallied well to finish third with HOT DOC dropping to the rear. THRILLING POWER and ROYAL DOLL came together for a stride on the home turn. RYMOR REASON (TA Green) deep soreness left quadriceps. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 10 days up to and including 24 February 2008. WACK (NA Clark) gastroentoitis. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 5 days up to and including 20 February 2008.
Race 3	LECTRO HAIR & BEAUTY SPRINT - C1 - 318	POSITIVE GOLD, BIGTIME ANGEL and CAWBOURNE KERRY were all slow to jump. Into the bend THRILLING SMILE came off the rail and checked BREATHLYSE ME who in turn ran outwards into the line of BRONX APPEAL with these two dogs losing their chances. A post race veterinary check on BREATHLYSE ME revealed no injury. TOP DEAL (DW Mathews) was a late scratching at kennelling with left fore sesamoiditis. Rule 68.26. 10 days up to and including 26 February 2008.
Race 4	TROPHIES PLUS SPRINT - C2 - 318	THAT GIRL, SOPRANO SOLDIER and STREET TALL jostled soon after the jump and dropped to the rear. SERGEANT SCREAM was checked in behind these dogs and also lost ground. PLENTY OF DASH (W Steele) right calf sprain. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 10 days up to and including 23 February 2008.
Race 5	PELORUS TRUST DISTANCE FEATURE - C0d - 603	FREEZING POINT was checked into the first bend and ran wide losing ground and settling rearwards.
Race 6	PAT'S GARAGE SPRINT - C4/5 - 318	RAINBOW CREEK ran wide into the home turn when handy losing its chance and finishing well back ROYAL ESCORT (BDF Craik) skin damage cranial thighs. Dog presented. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 7 days up to and including 22 February 2008.
Race 7	CAROL'S TAB SPRINT FEATURE - C5 - 318	LADY TANDIA ran outwards into the bend and tightened MY TOY BOY who fell. AQUAMAN was on his outside and received a check in this incident losing his chance. A post race veterinary check of MY TOY BOY revealed no injury. END ZONE (DD Schofield) was a late scratching at 8.30am with a deep puncture wound on his left fore digit 2. Dog presented. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 7 days up to and including 23 February 2008.
Race 8	THERMOPEUTIC PRODUCTS SPRINT - C2/3 - 318	The race was all clear but following the race the winner FORWARD SOLUTION was subject to a post race veterinary check that revealed acute track leg with a seven day stand down recommended. FORWARD SOLUTION (DW Mathews) acute track leg. Rule 82.1. 7 days up to and including 23 February 2008.
Race 9	THE INTERISLANDER STAKES FEATURE - C5 - 527	JUDDY and NO ILLUSIONS came together soon after the jump dropping to the rear. JUDDY was never hitting out well after this check and finished a long last with a post race veterinary check revealing no injury. Handler Denis Schofield reported that after the race there was a considerable amount of grit in the eyes of JUDDY and this could have contributed to the dog's performance. Into the first bend EXPRESS RHODE ran outwards checking KING'S CONQUEST and ANOTHER PRIDE with these dogs settling well back. THRILLING LUCY (K Walsh) right fore mild tendonitis digital extensor tendons. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 7 days up to and including 21 February 2008. (Papers to be endorsed) PADDY FLYIN' (TA Green) right shoulder strain. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 10 days up to and including 24 February 2008.
Race 10	THE ALAMO BAR & GRILL 6 PACK SPRINT - C1 - 318	DISTINCTLY ROYS and EDDIE TOMCAT were both slow to jump and remained well back throughout.
