Race 1	ADVANCE PERFORMANCE SPRINT - C5 - 295	LOCHINVAR LOUIS, HOMEBUSH FITZY, STRATUS BEKELEE and COASTERZAM lost all chance when checked as a result of general tightening into the bend. ROYAL REPRIEVE (GA Cleeve) starter in race 6.
Race 2	CHALLENGE OPAWA ALL UP STAKES - C3 - 520	The favourite WINSOME JUMIOR was very slow to jump settling at least three lengths last before circling the field to finish on an win.
Race 3	WILSONS SPORTS BAR DASH - C3 - 295	BLAZIN A TRAIL and FORTYTHREE BELOW were slow to jump. BLAZIN A TRAIL finished on wide for fifth with FORTYTHREE BELOW finishing last.
Race 4	GEORGE CALVERT CLEANING STAKES - C5 - 520	Into the first bend OPAWA ROSE when disputing the lead ran in and was clipped from behind by LYRICAL BALE and almost came down. OPAWA ROSE dropped out to last and stayed back. A post race veterinary check revealed a left hind 5th toe sesamoid sprain with a 10 day stand down recommended. OPAWA ROSE (R Adcock) left hind sesamoid sprain. Rule 82.1. 10 days up to and including 5 February 2008.
Race 5	I PAVE CONCRETE SPRINT - C5 - 295	Soon after the start RUDI JEWEL was tightened when racing between MULISHA BALE and SAMUAL BAXTER. Into the bend KNOW GOOD was tightened and lost ground when racing on the fence and lost all chance finishing last.
Race 6	NEW ZEALAND RACING SERIES #11 SPRINT FINAL - RESf - 295	BEAU was slow to leave the boxes and when attempting to improve along the rail racing into the first bend ran out of room and was checked. On the home turn FIFI THE GENIUS when taking the lead ran in and checked the favourite KNOW SAY who had to change ground and lost momentum before battling into fourth. THRILLING FURY (RM McKenzie) laceration to right hind 5th toe. Dog presented. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 14 days up to and including 8 February 2008. FOUL PLAY (GA Cleeve) left hind calf tear. Dog presented. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 14 days up to and including 8 February 2008.
Race 7	BOWL & JACK TAVERN STAKES - R/A - 520	BETTYSUE BALE and MR BONZALES came together into the first bend when racing near the rear. They filled the last two placings. AQUIT (JF Allen) in season. Rule 64.10. 28 days up to and including 22 February 2008.
Race 8	RITCHIES COACHLINES DASH - C4 - 295	Soon after the start RICK BAXTER ran out at the same time as ROSIE RETURN tracked across from wide out resulting in ZIGGY WAR CRY and HOMEBUSH DARCY being tightened for racing room. Into the bend RICK BAXTER and ZIGGY WAR CRY came together with ZIGGY WAR CRY and PAINT THE STARS being forced wide on the track, losing all chance. PAINT THE STARS was subject to a veterinary check with nothing amiss detected. CHILLI MITCH (JT McInerney) right fore laceration. Dog presented. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 5 days up to and including 31 January 2008. MODERN ECLIPSE (Hart/Taylor) deceased.
Race 9	EXCELSIOR SPORTS BAR & TAB STAKES - C3/4 - 520	ASAFA BALE was slow to jump settling three lengths last before improving wide down the back straight finishing 5th.
Race 10	RACING AGAIN TUESDAY SPRINT - C5 - 295	HOMEBUSH DUNCAN was very slow to jump. Into the bend WHERES YABREEKS and TITANIC were tightened checking outwards and losing all chance.
