Judicial report: Weather: Fine M.Gardner the Trainer of SAILAH JAYNE was fined $ 100-00 under Rule 69.11 when presenting the dog 2.5 kilograms overweight.
W.J.Hodgson the Trainer of TERROR JIM was fined $ 50-00 under Rule 69.11 when presenting the dog 1.5 kilograms underweight.

Race 1	MCENTEE EVENT HIRE - C0 - 305	HAPPY JAY checked off heels early in the race and lost ground. MY ESSENCE, MANNIN THE WAKA and LECTROMAN bumped together on the first corner and they all lost some ground. HAPPY JAY and LECTROMAN came together for a couple of strides on the home turn. BIGTIME ACTION L.Ahern Rule 68 A late scratching when found to be suffering from pain in a front leg and shoulder and stood down for 10 days to and including 23.12.07.
Race 2	WANGANUI FARM SUPPLIES - C1 - 305	TERROR JIM and CAWBOURNE SHOW collided on the first corner and ran out and lost ground but recovered to finish in 2nd and 4th places. JILL, SIMON, THRILLING BETH and ROCKET RISING were also affected as a result of the incident and all lost ground. THRILLING CHARM A.Udy Rule 64 Suffering from a quadricep muscle injury and stood down for 5 days to and including 17.12.07.
Race 3	HAPPY BIRTHDAY DEAN OKEEFE - C1 - 520	DANCING TESSA was checked soon after the start and settled back. DANCING TESSA and BRANDY AFFAIR collided entering the back straight and lost ground and they finished well back. ELLES HOT was observed to ease and dropped back to the rear on the first corner and stayed back to finish 2nd last. ELLES HOT was examined by the Vet and stood down for 21 days with a strained hock. ELLES HOT McCracken & Goldsack Rule 82 Suffered a strained hock and stood down for 21 days to and including 03.01.08
Race 4	KEENAN CONCRETE 6 PACK - C2 - 305	KIA KAHA led early in the race but then ran wide on the bend over extra ground. KIA KAHA then recovered to win the race. One of the favourites EMILY BREEZE began well but stumbled and went back to last soon after. She eventually finished in 5th place. HOMEBUSH DIESEL was checked back to last on the first corner and stayed there to the finish. MISS MANEATER Club scratching due to grading error.
Race 5	INTERISLANDER - C4/5 - 305	DREAMS OF VISION began best and led to the first corner but then appeared to suffer an injury and dropped back to finish several lengths last. DREAMS OF VISION was examined by the Vet and stood down for 28 days with a tricep muscle injury. TOUCH OF SMOKEY was forced to race wide on the bend to avoid DREAMS OF VISION and finished in 2nd last place. SKADDADLE moved in soon after the start and bumped SWEET SECRET onto STACEY'S WAY and they lost a little ground. SILVER CITY B.Rangiuia Rule 64 Suffering from gastroenteritis and stood down for 7 days to and including 18.12.07. DREAMS OF VISION G.Clarke Rule 82 Suffered a tricep muscle injury and stood down for 28 days to and including 10.01.08.
Race 6	MICKEYS SUPER LIQUOR - C3 - 305	SOPRANO SOLDIER ran out from the start and checked TUGS TIP, HOMEBUSH BELLA and JUST ROCKIN with the last two mentioned going back to the rear. SOPRANO SOLDIER was checked on the first corner and went back causing checks to TUGS TIP and HOMEBUSH BELLA who finished in the last two places . SOPRANO SOLDIER recovered to finish in 3rd place.
Race 7	GARY ROSS DECORATOR - C3f - 305	HEZA BOOF and LAGOON LADY were checked and lost ground in the race to the first corner but then LAGOON LADY recovered to finish in 4th place. HEZA BOOF faltered soon after and dropped out to finish several lengths last and was examined by the Vet and stood down for 28 days with a strained tendon. HEZA BOOF Freeman & Turnwald Rule 82 Suffered a strained tendon and stood down for 28 days to and including 10.01.08.
Race 8	MORRIE GIBBONS SIGNS - C2/3 - 520	All clear.
Race 9	GEON WELLINGTON - C5f - 305	One of the favourites KING'S CONQUEST was one of the last away and then had to check off the heels of HILLYS TIP on the first corner and was again checked on the home turn and finished in 5th place. POLSKA T.Mischefski Rule 64 Suffering from shoulder and leg soreness and stood down for 10 days to and including 22.12.07. ZENSU Freeman & Turnwald Rule 64 Suffering from a leg muscle injury and stood down for 7 days to and including 17.12.07.
Race 10	DIMOCKS RETRAVISION - C5 - 305	All clear. BIGTIME RETRO L.Ahern Rule 64 Suffering from a hock injury and stood down for 28 days to and including 08.01.08. MY TOY BOY Gained a start in race 9.
