P.Taylor the Trainer of WHISPERING HOME was fined $ 50-00 under Rule 69.11 when presenting the dog 1.3 kilograms underweight.

Race 1	MCENTEE EVENT HIRE - C3q - 305 Heat 1	JUST ROCKIN, PECCARI and CRYSTAL VIRUS were slow to begin and stayed well back throughout. HEZA BOOF moved in on the first corner and caused a check to MISS MANEATER who went back and out and bumped BOSS LOU who lost momentum for a couple of strides.
Race 2	MICKEYS SUPER LIQUOR - C1 - 520	BRANDY AFFAIR and BAILEYS DREAM were checked and lost ground on the first corner. BRANDY AFFAIR was again checked on the home turn and finished in 2nd last place. THRILLING SNOW O.Marron Rule 82 Suffered a webbing injury and stood down for 21 days to and including 27.12.07.
Race 3	KEENAN CONCRETE - C2 - 305	All clear. CLEAR CONQUEST B.Craik 64.5 A late scratching due to the Trainers transport breakdown . No penalty. HARKA LEE Gained a start in race 6.
Race 4	GUTHRIE BOWRON WANGANUI - C3q - 305 Heat 1	LAGOON LADY, HOMEBUSH BELLA and MISS EBONY ROSE came together for a few strides soon after the start and HOMEBUSH BELLA lost four lengths in the incident. HOMEBUSH BELLA then moved in on the first corner and checked GUS THE BUILDER and they stayed back to finish in the last two places.
Race 5	WANGANUI FARM SUPPLIES - C4 - 305	TOUCH OF SMOKEY was checked on the bend and went back to the rear but then made up some ground for 5th place.
Race 6	MORRIE GIBBONS SIGNS - C3q - 305 Heat 1	THRILLING KEA and THRILLING MELODY were checked on the first corner, went back to the rear and raced out wide on the bend and finished in the last two places. MISS WOOFY COOKA Freeman & Turnwald Rule 64.10 In a seasonal condition and stood down for 28 days to and including 31.12.07.
Race 7	GARY ROSS DECORATOR - C5q - 305 Heat 1	EXPRESS SOLDIER was checked and lost ground soon after the start but then recovered to finish in 2nd place. MY TOY BOY was checked and lost ground on the first corner when attempting to move up inside the leader and eventual winner POLSKA. JAMES BEE had to check off the heels of MY TOY BOY on the bend and also lost ground. THRILLING MIKE was observed to falter after the finish line when free of interferance and was examined by the Vet and stood down for 28 days with a hock injury. PUNISH B.Craik Rule 64.5 A late scratching due to the Trainers transport breakdown. No penalty. BEST TELL PIE I.Estreich Rule 64 Suffering from inflamation of the vulva and stood down for 5 days to and including 09.12.07. THRILLING MIKE D.Macauley Rule 82 Suffered a hock injury and stood down for 28 days to and including 03.01.08.
Race 8	DIMOCKS RETROVISION - C4/5 - 520	Crowding from the outside on the first corner resulted in checks to JONNY MARCO, ROSIEANNA BABY, LISA SHIRAZ , BIGTIME ASSASSIN and OWNEY JOE TARR who all lost ground and with the exception of OWNEY JOE TARR who finished 3rd, they stayed back to fill the last four places.
Race 9	PETER SINCLAIR PHOTOS - C5q - 305 Heat 1	ZAC ATTACK and STACEY'S WAY were checked and lost ground on the first corner and finished well back. DREAMS OF VISION clipped the heels of ZENSU near the straight entrance when on a forward move and ran wide losing ground.and finished in 2nd last place. ZENSU also lost momentum in the incident but recovered to hold 2nd place. MERCY B.Craik Rule 64.5 A late scratching due to the Trainers transport breakdown. No penallty.
Race 10	THE RADIO WORKS - C5q - 305 Heat 1	The winner KYLIE'S DILEMA ran in from box 6 and crowded the inside runners for a few strides. COCKNEY ASSASSIN dropped out soon after and finished several lengths behind the 2nd last runner. He was examined by the Vet and was stood down for 21 days with a fibula injury. THRILLING AUDI and THRILLING PIPER collided and ran wide into the straight and finished well back. THRILLING AUDI was very lame after the race and was also examined by the Vet and stood down for 21 days due to lameness in a wrist. COCKNEY ASSASSIN S.Drysdale Rule 82 Suffered a fibula injury and stood down for 21 days to and including 27.12.07. THRILLING AUDI W.T.Hodgson Rule 82 Suffered a wrist injury and stood down for 21 days to and including 27.12.07.
