Judicial report: Weather: Fine The Stewards opened an enquiry under the provisions of Rule 38.1 (b) and 38 . 3 (a) into an alleged incident in the kennel area involving Licenced Trainer Mr. P.A.Boon when this trainer was getting Surf it Up ready for race 3. This enquiry was opened and adjourned Sine Die

Race 1 WELCOME TO PARADISE SPRINT - C0 - 318 Hey Hey, Rib Cage and Stolen Thunder were the slowest to begin. Charleston Minnie jumped very awkwardly and ran inwards after the start causing a check to both Rib Cage and Stolen Thunder. Bigtime Action and Anneliese came together for a stride after the start. As the field raced into the first turn Bigtime Action crossed over to the rail and checked itself when this runner contacted Anneliese, and Hey Hey with both of these runners suffering interferance. Race 2 TOBY SHART SPRINT - C0 - 318 Looney Magic began well and then ran inwards sharply checking itself and Waikika Pirate. Waikika Pirate was forced down onto Julie's Lady causing this runner to be checked . Looney Magic and Waikika Pirate jostled for a distance in the run to the first turn
Race 3 JACK'S WHOLESALE MEATS STAKES HEAT 1 - C1q - 527 Heat 1 Close Combat was the slowest to begin. Sunset Ultra and Close Combat came together for a stride as the field raced into the first bend. Sunset Ultra was checked around the bend into the back straight when Applegate came out. Homebush Stella ( D.L.Annette) Greyhound Retired Rule 64. 14. 28 days to and including 21-12-07 Hoksilato ( S. Race 4 BIG SAM JUNIOR CLASSIC - FINAL - SPECf - 527 As the field raced into the first bend Tempest Lass ran outwards checking Thrilling Evo forcing this runner wider on the track. Blasting Point ( P. Race 5 DAVID WEATHERLY STAKES HEAT 2 - C1q - 527 Heat 1 Possum Born and Austin were the slowest to begin. As the field raced into the first turn Austin came in and contacted Thrilling Helen forcing this runner onto Thrilling Topsy with these runners being checked for a stride. Mosaic (P. G. Race 6 HAMMY HOUTMAN SPRINT - C3 - 318 Brother Badger, Got Hope and Flat White were the slowest to begin. After the start Mumble Jumble ran out and Force Of Revenge ran inwards with both of these runners contacting each other for a stride. Marble Nugget ran in after the start and checked Flat White for a stride, Marble Nugget continued this inward movement and forced Got Hope onto Brother Badger with these runners being checked in this incident. Force Of Revenge was injured at the lure when this runner managed to get it's right fore tangled with the lure. Race 7 'SECOND COMING' SPRINT - C5 - 318 Bigtime Retro, Star Conquest, Stately Conquest and Thrilling Power were the slowest to begin. Longford Annie forced Stately Conquest onto Thrilling Power after the jump. As the field raced into the first turn Kylie's Dilema was dragged down from behind by End Zone, Stately Conquest racing on the outside of End Zone was checked in this incident.
Race 8 BARTAB'S FINISHED SPRINT - C1 - 318 Wulfgar, Rosetta and Sergeant Scream came together after the jump and these runners jostled for several strides. Race 9 DLC OSCAR? SPRINT - C4 - 318 Thrilling Lazer and Rialto Mission were the slowest to begin. After the start Kalden Kaos ran inwards and Super Hound ran out with these runners contacting each other for a stride. Super Hound had to check off the heels of Arataki into the first turn. Race 10 THE ALAMO BAR & GRILL 6 PACK STAKES - C4/5 - 527 Focus Point and Killer Touch were the slowest to begin. Into the first turn Royal Squadron ran outwards contacting Thrilling Pearl with both of these runners being checked in this incident. As the field raced into the turn into the back straight Ancient Rhythm had to check off the heels of Royal Squadron, Ancient Rhythm dropped back sharply after this incident.A post race vet check on Royal Squadron revealed and injury requiring a 10 day stand down from racing.
