Race 1	PAY YOUR SUBS OR ELSE.... - C1 - 375	QUICK LAUGH and THRILLING SNOW were checked early in the race and lost several lengths. The winner HITMAN FRED led early in the home straight but eased, turned his head to the inside dog and dropped back to 2nd before running on again to win. HITMAN FRED was stood down for 28 days under Rule 80.1 b and is required to complete a satisfactory trial under Rule 81.1. HITMAN FRED W.J.Hodgson Rule 80.1 b Failed to pursue the lure throughout and stood down for 28 days to and including 04.12.07. To complete a satisfactory trial under Rule 81.1.
Race 2	SPICERS PAPER MAIDEN SPRINT - C0 - 375	The favourite LECTROMAN was a little slow away and then received an interrupted run around the bend and finished in 2nd last place. DRIVING FORWARD was slow away and then ran very wide over extra ground and then ran on well for 4th place.
Race 3	AP1 METROLOGY PALMERSTON NORTH - C0 - 375	SKIPPY BOJANGLES and RUTHLESS IMAGE were both handy early but were checked, went back to the rear and stayed there to the finish. MANNIN THE WAKA Ex Wanganui on 02.11.07
Race 4	BRYCE FRANCIS GRAPHICS (B.F.G) - C1 - 375	MISS ARROGANCE was making up ground from the rear but checked over the heels of NATURE RULES on the home turn and dropped back to finish in 2nd last place.
Race 5	FREEDOM PRINT & DESIGN HOUSE - C2 - 375	BENNY BAXTER and KIA KAHA bumped together twice on the bend and lost ground and all chance of a placing. QUIET SENSATION Freeman & Turnwald Rule 68 A late scratching due to a seasonal condition and stood down for 28 days to and including 04.12.07.
Race 6	OUTBACK TRADING COMPANY LTD - C2 - 375	BINTANG BERT was crowded between runners in the early stages and was then checked on the first corner, went back to last and stayed there to the finish. BOLD JENNI M.Lozell Rule 64 Suffering from a gracilus muscle injury and stood down for 21 days to and including 26.11.07.
Race 7	MCENTEE EVENT HIRE SPRINT - C3 - 375	LAGOON LADY and HOMEBUSH TERRA were away well but bumped together for several strides early in the race and both lost ground.
Race 8	ATOMIC PRINCE CUP - C3 - 457	CENTRAL RAIDER moved in soon after the start and crowded ZAMWHEN, ARANUI FLASH and HEZA BOOF . HOMEBUSH ELVY was checked on the first corner and dropped out to last and stayed there to the finish. THRILLING ALBERT Freeman & Turnwald Rule 64 Suffering from a thigh injury and stood down for 10 days to and including 13.11.07.
Race 9	OROUA DOWNS TANNERY SPRINT - C4 - 375	DAPTO GLOSS was handy early but was checked on the first corner and lost several lengths. DAPTO GLOSS then recovered to finish well for 3rd place. ADAMINSKI W.T.Hodgson Rule 64 Suffering from a foot tendon injury and stood down for 10 days to and including 14.11.07. THRILLING GYPSY A.Udy Rule 64 Suffering from a shoulder muscle injury and stood down for 8 days to and including 11.11.07.
Race 10	WIZARD HOME LOANS DISTANCE - C1 - 457	THRILLING MAGIC eased on the bend as ANOTHER CLOUD moved in and dropped back and finished in 2nd last place. KAI MOANA was one of the slowest away and settled well back but then finished very well for 2nd place. RUSH HOUR G.Phillips Rule 64 Suffering from hip pain and stood down for 14 days to and including 19.11.07.
