Freeman & Turnwald were fined $ 50-00 under Rule 88.1 o for failing to present the registration papers at weighing.
C.Morris the Trainer of TEE BONE was fined $ 100-00 under Rule 69.11 when presenting the dog 1.6 kilograms overweight.
C.Morris the Trainer of ARANUI FLASH was fined $ 100-00 under Rule 69.11 when presenting the dog 2.0 kilograms overweight.

Race 2 Thanks Lloyd Gill Sprint - C1 - 375 One of the favourites CEDI SPECIAL was one of the slowest away and was then checked on the first corner, never recovered and finished in last place. MAURITIUS Freeman & Turnwald Rule 82 Suffered a paw injury and stood down for 10 days to and including 02.11.07.
Race 3 Kerb & Concrete Maiden Heat 1 - C0 - 457 The favourite BIGTIME NEV was slow away and was then checked on the first corner, never recovered and finished in 2nd last place.
Race 4 Outback Trading Company Ltd - C2 - 375 THRILLING JESS was midfield until the first corner but was then checked and went back to last and stayed there to the finish. QUIET SENSATION Freeman & Turnwald Rule 64 Suffering from a sore fibula and stood down for 7 days to and including 29.10.07.
Race 5 Kerb & Concrete Maiden Heat 2 - C0 - 457 CAPP MANNERING was very slow away and lost several lengths. He then made up ground well for 5th place.
Race 6 Thanks Dave Amundsen Sprint - C4 - 375 RAGIN TRAVELLER and FUN AND PROFIT were handy approaching the home turn but bumped together and dropped back causing a check to CRYSTAL WENDY who also lost ground. MISS EBONY ROSE W.T.Hodgson Rule 64 Suffering from a gracilus muscle injury and stood down for 7 days to and including 28.10.07.
Race 7 Peter Sinclair Photos - C3 - 375 ADAMINSKI was a little slow to begin but recovered to win narrowly. RUIZ ROYALE ran in on the first turn and checked DAPTO GLOSS who lost ground. Soon after, RUIZ ROYALE was checked when making contact with AMANDA CHOICE. RUIZ ROYALE suffered from hind leg muscle injuries and was stood down for 28 days and the Trainer advised that RUIZ ROYALE will now be retired. SNIP'S SOLDIER S.Clark Rule 64 Suffering from a stopper pad injury and stood down for 7 days to and including 29.10.07. RUIZ ROYALE L.Bell Rule 82 Checked and suffered from hind leg muscle injuries and stood down for 28 days to and including 20.11.07.
Race 8 Manawatu Sound Services - C5 - 375 STACEY'S WAY led in the approach to the home straight but was galloped on by SHARIMORE and they both lost ground and all chance of a placing. SUNSET DOLL Ex Wanganui on 19.10.07. JAMES BEE W.T.Hodgson Rule 64 Suffering from a strained gracilus muscle and stood down for 7 days to and including 28.10.07. GONE WILD O.Marron Rule 64 Suffering from a strained tarsus and stood down for 10 days to and including 31.10.07.
Race 9 Distance Final On Monday - C3/4 - 457 The favourite THRILLING ACE was checked in the race to the first corner and went back to last. THRILLING ACE was then awkwardly placed on the rail approaching the home turn and finished in 2nd last place.
Race 10 AGM On Sunday Distance - C1/2 - 457 Two of the better supported runners OUR PRICE and THRILLING JED were very slow to begin but they recovered well to finish 2nd and 4th.
