Race 1	RADIO WORKS MANAWATU - C0 - 375	NAKI MAGIC was slow away and never recovered to get into contention from there on in. KIWI GEORGE was noticed to miss a stride after 100 metres and finished well back, a veterinary examination was carried out and was found to have injuries requiring a 10 days stand down period. On the point of the home turn KAITOKE POWER a slight check and hit the running rail and finished at the rear. A veterinary examination was ordered for KAITOKE POWER and it was found to have a condition requiring a 28 days stand down period. Race 2	OUTBACK TRADING COMPANY LTD - C0 - 457	At the start KAI MOANA came across after 25 metres onto CHAMSIN CREEK and both jostled for a few strides Going into the first turn KAI MOANA came out as SEXY GIRL SUTTON came in and THRILLING RIP had to check back and was forced to race wide around the top turn with KAI MOANA who ran on well for his 3rd placing----------. Race 3	CHARLIE BOYCE, FOXTON VET - C1 - 375	At the start ADAMINSKI came across onto PISTOL LARRY and THRILLING SNOW was checked back to the rear. Going into the first turn EDDIE TOMCAT came out onto PISTOL LARRY,ADAMINSKI and THRILLING SNOW causing these three dogs to be checked ,with THRILLING SNOW being forced onto the outside of the track at that point. As the field where turning for home THRILLING SNOW tried to get over to the rail and checked PISTOL LARRY who was noticed to be racing akwardly from that point on and pulled up lame. PISTOL LARRY was sent for a veterinary examination, there was a problem with the communcation regarding the vet check on this dog and the trainer has been advised of this. .
Race 4	BRYCE FRANCIS GRAPHICS 'BFG' - C1 - 375	At the start BIGTIME ROYALE came over and bumped CEDI SPECIAL onto PITSTOCK JAZZ--for a couple of strides Going into the first turn PITSTOCK JAZZ came out and hampered CEDI SPECIAL and BIGTIME ROYALE causing them to race wide around the top turn.--------. .
Race 5	HAMIL BUILDERS - C2 - 375	At the start MUSIC LESSON came across and checked RAINING MEN and THRILLING ACE causing tightning also to THRILLING RANGER and ROCKIN GOOD. .
Race 6	SPICERS PAPER - C3 - 375	at the start JUDGEMENTAL ducked across and slightly hampered THRILLING JASPER Going into the first turn judgemental came over onto TUAMORE causing THRILIING JASPER(fav) to be squeezed out to the rear, once in the clear THRILLING JASPER ran on for a brave 2nd placing On the home turn JUDGEMENTAL was observed to make contact with the rail. JUDGEMENTAL was sent for a veterinary examination where no abnormalities where found no stand down required.----------. SEXY BEAST M D Beeson ex Wanganui 14.09.07.
Race 7	PORTER HIRE - C3 - 375	Going into the first turn LITTLE GYMNIST came off the rail as EARL MCROBERTSand WEONA PIRATE came in and LITTLE GYMNIST was turned sideways but kept his ground,EARL MCROBERTSwas squeezed out to the rear in this incident and never got into contention from there on in. LUKE SAMMY ZAK raced wide into and around the top turn but ran on well for 3rd. RUIZ ROYALE was a late scratching at kenneling on veterinary advice with quadriceps injuries resulting in a 10 days stand down period being imposed. . RUIZ ROYALE L Bell Left quadriceps femoris injury late scratching rule 68.26. 10 days stand down to and including 26.09.07.
Race 8	WIZARD HOME LOANS - C4 - 375	BUG CATCHER and STRETCHES came together at the start Soon after there was tightning to the inside dogs resulting in THRILLING SNOOP being squeezed out to the rear at that point. NOWHERE TO RUN raced wide into the home straight.
Race 9	TIM JOLLY COMMERCIALS TAUPO - C5 - 375	At the start DOUBLE HAPPY came across onto BIGTIME ELLA for a couple of strides. . SIR KRETION L J Ahern webbing injury to right hand between P2-- P3 dog presented rule 64.12. 14 days stand down to and including 1.10.07.
Race 10	MORRIE GIBBONS SIGNS - C4/5 - 457	Soon after the start MR CLONTARF came across and tightened the field inside him for a few strides As the field came into the first turn CENTRAL RAIDER came across and tightened MR CLONTARF for a couple of strides.----------.
