Judicial report: Weather: Overcast. Raining. Licenced Trainer Mrs S Le Roux was charged with a breach of rule 69.11 in that she presented Thrilling Ajay a starter in race no 2 1.5kg's above this greyhounds last race weight. Thrilling Ajay started at Waikato on the 30th August 2007 the race weight on that occasion was 33.3 kg's. Mrs LeRoux admitted the breach of this rule and did not wish to be present at a hearing. A fine of $50.00 was imposed in this instance.

Race 1	WWW.AGRC.CO.NZ SPRINT - C1 - 318	Street Tall, Wulfgar and Thrilling Tom were the slowest to begin. After the start Rosetta ran inwards forcing Tiodi onto Rialto Man both Tiodi and Rialto Man were checked in this incident. On the bend out of the back straight Wulfgar ran outwards contacted Tiodi with both of these runners suffering a check in this incident,
Race 2	NZ COMMUNITY TRUST SPRINT - C2 - 318	After the start Mohican Harry ran outwards and this runner took the racing line of Thrilling Ajay which was checked . Racing around the home bend Keroma Safari ran inwards and made contact with Thrilling Ajay with both of these runners being checked in this incident.
Race 3	THERMOPEUTIC PRODUCTS STAKES - C1 - 527	Thrilling Topsy was the slowest to begin. Homebush Stella and Thrilling charm came together after the start with both being checked. Kitty's Thunder jumped awkwardly and contacted No Illusion with both of these runners being checked slightly. As the field raced into the first turn Kitty's Thunder ran outwards checking itself when this runner contacted Homebush Stella which was also checked.
Race 4	JACK'S WHOLESALE MEATS SPRINT - C3 - 318	Sydenham Green and Hunkaspunk were the slowest to begin. Sydenham Green was observed to jump very awkwardly. After the start Cawbourne Bobby ran out and contacted Bigtime Fox with both of these runners suffering a check in this incident. Rialto Gun was observed to be struck from behind at the lure and knocked over a post race Veterinary examination revealed no injury to this runner.
Race 5	NZ RACING SERIES #5 SPRINT - HEAT 1 - RESq - 318 Heat 1	Andrew The Brave and New Clear Power were the slowest to begin. After the start Thrilling Ollie ran inwards and contacted Black Book both of these runners were checked in this incident. New Clear Power ran outwards after the start and caused a check to itself and Thrilling Bart which dropped to the rear. Thrilling Bart and Black Book came together again with both of these runners being checked .
Race 6	PACIFIC SHEET & COIL STAKES FEATURE - C4 - 527	Kaimai Belle was the slowest to begin. Racing into the first turn Cupla Shillings, Thrilling Kim,King Joker and Johnny were racing in tight quarters into this turn Thrilling Kim tried to run out and in doing so struck the hind quarters of Cupla Shillings checking this runner. As a result of this incident King Joker was forced outwards and checked as was Johnny on it's outer. A post race Veterinary examination of Thrilling Kim revealed an injury requiring a 5 day stand down from racing. Dynamic Keroma ( B.D.F.Craik) Torn right calf muscle Vet certificate supplied Rule 64.12. 28 days to and including 06-10-07. Thrilling Kim ( M. McFarlane) left hind digit 4 spike laceration. Rule 82.1 5 days to and including 13-09-07.
Race 7	NZ RACING SERIES #5 SPRINT - HEAT 2 - RESq - 318 Heat 1	Thrilling Gert was slow to begin. After the start Trilling Flirt and Dreamaqueen came together and jostled for several strides. Thrilling Gypsy ran in after the start and forced Zac Attack onto Thrilling Gert with both of these runners suffering interferance in this incident. Thrilling Gert ran out in the run to the turn out of the back straight and in doing so caused checks to Zac Attack, Thrilling Gypsy and Rialto Mission.
Race 8	LIVESPORTSBAR.COM STAKES - C4/5 - 527	Thrilling Red dwelt at the start and was slow to begin. Paddy Flyin was observed to come out of the boxes very awkwardly this runner appeared to hit the side of the boxes and was unbalanced. After this slow beginning Paddy Flyin was tightened for room by Mood Swinger going into the first turn and could not get into the race after this incident. Another Pride (S.C.Mann) Left Hind meticarpal oedeme(mild), consistant with blunt trauma. Vet certificate supplied Rule 64.12 5 days to and including 11-09-07.
Race 9	RODEWALD HART BROWN SPRINT - C4/5 - 318	After the start Blue Soldier ran inwards and contacted End Zone with both of these runners being checked in this incident. Reserve Decision ran inwards as the field raced into the turn out of the back straight this runner taking the line of Classic Conquest. Classic Conquest ran inwards and contacted Stacey's Way both of these runners suffered checks with Stacey's Way being the worst affected as this runners was turned in this incident.
Race 10	THE ALAMO BAR & GRILL 6 PACK STAKES - C2/3 - 527	Thrilling Dane was the slowest to begin. After the start San Shin ran out and contacted Matilda for several strides both of these runners suffered checks in this incident.
