Judicial report: Weather: Fine B.Goldsack the Trainer of SABLE GOLD was fined $ 50-00 under Rule 69.11 when presenting the dog 1.1 kilograms underweight.

Race 1	METEOR PRINTERS - C1/2h - 520	SAILAH JAYNE made a poor jump at the 2nd fence and lost ground, never recovered and finished in 2nd last place. DANCING BANSHEE fell at the 2nd last fence and was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury.
Race 2	RUSHIRE - C1 - 520	SABLE GOLD was very slow to begin and settled in last place. MANGONUI MISS was checked on the first corner, moved out and bumped ANOTHER SWAP who was pushed wide. MANGONUI MISS, SABLE GOLD and ANOTHER SWAP collided entering the back straight and all three lost ground with MANGONUI MISS finishing several lengths last. She was examined by the Vet and euthanased due to a fractured hock. THRILLING LAZER led into the final bend but appeared to be bumped from behind by CAWBOURNE BANDIT and dropped back and eventually finished in 4th place. MISS FINE LINE Ex Wanganui on 05.09.07 MANGONUI MISS T.Pilcher Rule 82 Suffered a fractured hock and euthanased.
Race 3	KEENAN CONCRETE - C1 - 305	The automatic trip failed to activate the box lids and the dogs were unloaded while the lure was returned to the starting position. During this time KIA KAHA escaped from the handler but only ran a short distance before being recaptured. The Trainer requested permission to scratch KIA KAHA due to the dogs excitable condition after being loaded and then unloaded and then escaping and the request was granted. It was observed that KIA KAHA proved very difficult to unload from the boxes. The favourite FIVE ACROSS turned in the boxes on the restart and finished a long last. FIVE ACROSS is required to box trial under Rule 72.13. The remaining sprint races were started manually and the electrical system, which was checked after the last meeting, will again be checked over to ascertain the problem. FIVE ACROSS D.Parata Rule 72.13 Turned in the boxes and required to box trial before its next Totalisator start.
Race 4	WANGANUI FARM SUPPLIES - C1/2 - 305	SEXY DELIGHT was handy to the first corner but faltered when free of interferance and pulled up. SEXY DELIGHT was examined by the Vet and and stood down for 7 days due to digital extensor soreness. SEXY DELIGHT B.Rangiuia Rule 82 Suffering from digital extensor soreness and stood down for 7 days to and including 13.09.07.
Race 5	GUTHRIE BOWRON - C2/3 - 520	KIWI ASSASSIN was bumped and pushed a little wide on the first corner and never recovered and finished in last place. LISA SHIRAZ was mid field in the race into the back straight when he went off stride, dropped back quickly and then pulled up. LISA SHIRAZ was examined by the Vet and found to be suffering from an electrolyte imbalance but appeared to recover quickly and no stand down was imposed. The dog was swabbed.
Race 6	MICKEYS SUPER LIQUOR - C5 - 305	FRIDAY CULTURE, THRILLING MICKEY, DEADLOCK, WORLD BANK and DID SHE were all checked on the bend and they dropped back and finished in the last five places.
Race 7	DIMOCKS RETRAVISION - C5 - 520	PATTYS ANSWER was slow to begin and then ran wide around the first bend over extra ground and finished well back.
Race 8	MORRIE GIBBONS SIGNS - C4/5 - 520	EXCUSED dropped to the rear soon after the start, never appeared to be galloping correctly and tailed the field by several lengths until the end of the back straight where she pulled up. EXCUSED was examined by the Vet and found to be suffering from an electrolyte imbalance but also appeared to recover quickly and no stand down was imposed. The dog was swabbed. The condition of both EXCUSED and LISA SHIRAZ will be the subject of further inquiry by the N.Z.G.R.A. Officials.
Race 9	BRYCE FRANCIS GRAPHICS 'BFG' - C4/5 - 305	All clear.
Race 10	SPICERS PAPER - C3 - 305	SEXY BEAST and POLSKA were checked on the bend, lost ground and all chance of a placing.
