| Race 1 | METEOR PRINTERS - C1 - 305 | As the field jumped from the boxes MISS MANEATER came away awkwardly and ran across in front of WOODSTOCK ROCKS, HAWERA STAR and PSYCHOSOMATIC resulting in these dogs all being checked ,HAWERA STAR ended up in the rear and did not get back into contention from therein. MISS FINE LINE raced wide into the home straight . |
| Race 2 | RUSHIRE - C0 - 305 | Soon after the start there was jostling between MIDNIGHT SPOT,CEDI SPECIAL and CORNISH MATTER as they where each trying to keep ground at that point. Going into the first corner FREDDY O'CEIRIN came over sharply and cannonned into the side of MANNIN THE WAKA who almost lost his footing then CEDI SPECIAL raced through on under FREDDY O'CEIRIN and caused DOUBLE DECLUTCH to check outside of this dog. CEDI SPECIAL(fav) and FREDDY O'CEIRIN lost at least seven lengths in this incident and could not get into the race from that point on.--------. |
| Race 3 | KEENAN CONCRETE - C1 - 520 | Soon after the start SCRAP METAL MAN came across and checked ANOTHER SWAP for a couple of strides. Going into the first corner SABLE GOLD came out sharply and severly checked DENNY JEWEL forcing them to race wide around the first corner losing all chance thereafter. MISS ARISTOCRAT was a late scratching Veterinary certificate to be supplied within the 48 hour period under rule 64.2. MISS ARISTOCRAT P Freeman & A Turnwald Late Scratching Rule 64. dog not presented vet certificate to be supplied within the 48 hour time frame of the rules.Stand down period imposed to be advised on production of vet certificate. |
| Race 4 | WANGANUI FARM SUPPLIES - C2 - 305 | As the lids lifted SEILATAN and THRILLING JANE stood there and lost about five lengths. Racing down to the first corner HOMEBUSH SQUIRT came across and caused tightning to HOMEBUSH DIESIL and THRILLING ZOE who was squeezed out to the rear. On the top corner SEILATAN had to check back of the heels of KWIK SOLVE as he was looking to cross towards the rail, JONNY MARCO and THRILLING JANE had to race wide into the home straight to avoid these two dogs. THRILLING JANE who missed the start and then struck trouble in the running ran on well for her fourth placing. KWIK SOLVE was sent for a veterinary examination but was found to have no injuries no stand down was required.--------. . |
| Race 5 | GUTHRIE BOWRON - C2/3 - 305 | THRILLING BURN was slow away from the boxes. As the field raced into the first corner THRILLING BURN had raced up on the rail inside of HOMEBUSH LEGEND and JEN'S LASS causing these two dogs to come together and get pushed back. SEXY BEAST raced through to the lead at this point and caused MY SINBAD and LAGOON LADY to check back and race wide around the top corner THRILLING BURN was observed to be lame on puuling up and was sent for a veterinary examination no abnormalities found no stand down required. PEPPERONI was a scratching vet cert supplied. A 28 days stand down period has been imposed. HOMEBUSH DOUG was a scratching 28 days stand down imposed dog not presented no vet certificate.Trainer has advised that the dog has been euthanased. . HOMEBUSH DOUG (M M McCook) dog has been euthanased dog not presented no vet certificate Rule 64.14. 28 days stand down to and including 26.09.07. PEPPERONI (S S Trass) pain left front carpal flexion and moderate pain right front carpal extention . Rule 64.12. 28 days stand down to and including 26.09.07. |
| Race 6 | MICKEYS SUPER LIQUOR - C2/3 - 520 | Soon after the start SWEET TEDDY and SOPHIE HALL with SWEET TEDDY seeming to suffer a shoulder injury in this incident and ran wide out of the straight the first time racing very awkwardly from there on in finishing some distance behind the field. Racing into the first corner ROYAL SQUADRON crossing over to the rail and in doing so caused tightning to THRILLING SWIFT for some distance. SWEET TEDDY was sent for a veterinary examination where no abnormalities where found no stand down required. THRILLING CLEO was a scratching dog was presented and has an injury requiring a seven days stand down. . THRILLING CLEO (A Udy) right carpas painful on flexion dog presented Rule 64.12. 7 days stand down 6.09.07. |
| Race 7 | DIMOCKS RETRAVISION - C4 - 305 | AMBEROSE was slow away and raced at the rear showing little dash at all. Soon after the start BIGTIME RETRO raced acroos to the rail and caused jostling and checks to the four dogs who had drawn directly inside of him , they all lost ground and could not get back into a winning position from there on. WAITAHA RUA raced off the track around the top corner and into the home straight clear of any interferance costing him many lengths , finishing close up for third. AMBEROSE was sent for a veterinary examination no abnormalities where found no stand down was required----------. |
| Race 8 | MORRIE GIBBONS SIGNS - C4 - 520 | At the start EXCUSED came over on KIWI ASSASSIN and caused him to lose a couple of lengths FUN AND PROFIT,RAMBUCHAN and CENTRAL RAIDER came together for a couple of strides after the start. EXCUSED ran out of room going into the first turn and lost ground ,then had trouble a couple of times through the latter stages gaining clear racing room. RAMBUCHAN suffered an injury to left fore elbow on pulling up at the lure a veterinary examination after the race was given and a seven days stand down was imposed. | Race 9 | BRYCE FRANCIS GRAPHICS 'BFG' - C5 - 305 | At the start DEADLOCK, HILLYS TIP and CRYSTAL WENDY came together for several strides. Soon after END ZONE came out and checked HILLYS TIP who was endevouring to race into a prominent position going into the first corner . REGAL PETE and DEADLOCK where forced to go around HILLYS TIP as they raced onto the top corner losing any chance of getting into contention there on in. |
