Judicial report: Weather: fine Lure driver Mr Earle Durganzich was spoken to concerning the lure distance in a couple of races also at the pulling up point
His explanations where excepted in that the new lure system is taken time to get the right feel of especially from the starts and it tends to get away on the driver at times.
The club has been advised that in the future the starters need to be propely attaired as two of the starters today where not dressed in the required manner
The club has advised that this will be addressed by the next meeting on the 3rd of September.----------.

Race 1	RUSHIRE SPRINT - C1 - 375	WHATA ASSASSIN was slow away from the boxes Going into the the first corner ROCKET WOLF had to check back of the heels of WHATA ASSASSIN as he attempted to make ground Shortly after this ROCKET WOLF had to check back and go around DEBBIE BLUEFIRE as he attempted to make ground once again but could not get back into contention after this to beat one home There was no head on coverage from trackside for this race THREE BUGGS FULL J & J Tapiki Injuries from a dog fight around the right shoulder and neck vet certificate supplied Rule no 64.12. 21 days stand down to and including 14.09.07
Race 2	OUTBACK TRADING COMPANY LTD - C3 - 375	Soon after the start CRYSTAL VIRUS was attempting to cross over towards the rail and caused severe jostling between SEXY DELIGHT and HOMEBUSH MAX and STRETCHES, as they raced into the first corner CRYSTAL VIRUS kept the pressure on and ended up clipping the heels of BIGTIME JULIE and fell causing HOMEBUSH MAX to jump him and SEXY DELIGHT who was following was badly checked and forced to race wide around the top corner where she lost all chance thereafter. CRYSTAL VIRUS recovered to run on behind the rest of the field CRYSTAL VIRUSand SEXY DELIGHT where sent for veterinary examinations--where both dogs where cleared of any injuries, no stand downs where imposed--------.
Race 3	NEW ZEALAND RACING SERIES #4 - HEAT 1 - RESq - 457 Heat 1	DREAMS OF VISION dwelt at the start Soon after the start SMART MIDDY came out as DREAMS OF VISION was making ground across towards the rail causing these two dogs came together and SMART MIDDY was turned sideways for a few strides ,as SMART MIDDY was straightning up she rolled in andCOCKNEY ASSASSIN had to check back off heels and lost ground SMART MIDDYand COCKNEY ASSASSIN where able to recover from these incidents to run. 2ND AND 3RD THRILLING MOE was a scratching with injuries requiring a 7 days stand down CANNONGATE gained a start in this race THRILLING MOE K Walsh vet certificate supplied has a full thickness skin wound with lesion lateral aspect of distal left tibia Rule 64.12. 7 days stand down to and including 1.09.07.
Race 4	BRYCE FRANCIS GRAPHICS 'BFG' - C4 - 375	As the field raced on into the first corner there was jostling resulting in THRILLING MIKE being checked sideways by ROCKAFELLA ROYALE and MONDOE CAPIONE was almost stopped in its tracks in avoiding cannoning into THRILLING MIKE, also BIGTIME ELLA and THRILLING KELLY where caught up in this interferance, these two dogs could not get back into contention from there on in--to finish in the last two placings THRILLING MIKE made a great recovery from this incident to mke ground and run on well to win CANNONGATE was a scratching as it gained a start in race three OPAWA JAZZ was a scratching in this race with injuries requiring a 14 day stand down period.--------. THOMAS THE TANK G&S Hayden Holmes dog presented injury to right triceps femorous muscle Rule 64.12. 14 days stand down to and including 8.09.07. OPAWA JAZZ D J Parata dog presented strain in the left hand groin Rule 64.12. 14 days stand down to and including 7.09.07. .
Race 5	NEW ZEALAND RACING SERIES #4 - HEAT 2 - RESq - 457 Heat 1	All clear.----------.
Race 6	RADIOWORKS MANAWATU - C3 - 457	Soon after the start there was tightning between PALONE, DANCING HARRY, IN THE MOB and ORPAN ASSASSIN for approx 30 metres running towards the first corner It was unclear as to what extent what dogs where the cause as the wool on the lure was obstructing a clear view for the head on from the race camera PALONE came out the best of this incident and was able to win but DANCING HARRY never got back into contention . The lure driver was spoken to about the distance of the lure in this race----------.
Race 7	NEW ZEALAND RACING SERIES #4 - HEAT 3 - RESq - 457 Heat 1	Soon as the dogs jumped from the boxes OWNEY JOE TARR came over and knocked NERVOUS WAVE who missed his footing for a couple of strides which unbalanced him , he made up ground along the railafter this but faded in the run down the home straight . Coming down towards the first corner THRILLING PEARL who was attempting to cross to the rail caused tightning to FANTA CLAWS and MR CLONTARF resulting in MR CLONTARF not bing able to get into contention from there on FANTA CLAWS recovered well to get a run through the field to win the race
Race 8	WIZARD HOME LOANS - C4/5 - 457	As the field raced into the first corner FLAG THE BANK and IRRITABILITY where jostling as they tried to hold there positions as THRILLING NEWTON came over towards the rail and were pushed to the rear where it was hard for them to get back into contention WINSOME STATE was a scratching due to weight loss and was given a 10 day stand down period. WINSOME STATE D D Schofield dog presented at Auckland G H R Club on 26.08.07 weight loss due to bitches in season in home kennels Rule 64.12. 10 days stand down to and including 4.09.07
Race 9	PORTER HIRE - C5 - 375	As the field raced down towards the first corner END ZONE came out as THRILLING MICKEY came in , GONE WILD was racing past to get over to the rail and in doing so THRILLING MICKEY was checked back through the field . END ZONE and GONE WILD came together with END ZONE recieving a bad check at that point. END ZONE recovered well to run into 4th place ZENSU also had to check back at that point The lure driver was spoken to again about the lure distance in this race.
Race 10	MORRIE GIBBONS SIGNS - C2 - 375	After the dogs left the boxes BLUE WATCH came across quickly towards the rail and caused the field behind to tighten up ,THRILLING BART seemed to be the only dog who got into a bit of trouble at that point as he tried to get off the rail to make the corner safely----------.
