| Race 3 | WANGANUI FARM SUPPLIES - C1/2 - 520 | At the start BIGTIME LISA and LISA SHIRAZ came together for a couple of strides Coming up to the first corner there was tightning and jostling between BIGTIME LISA, LISA SHIRAZand DEBBIE BLUFIRE caused by BIGTIME LISA trying to get over to the rail also SEXY BEAST and THRILLING LAZER where checked at this point as they ran out of room for several strides and these two dogs where never in contention after that ----------. |
| Race 4 | BRYCE FRANCIS GRAPHICS 'BFG' - C3 - 305 | Soon after the start there was tightning to the middle of the field as they crossed to the fence As the field made their way into the first turn JUST ROCKIN had to check back and came out causing SEXY DELIGHT to run up on the back of JUST ROCKIN and be severly checked also PEPPERONI was checked as JUST ROCKIN attempted to go around the corner, these three dogs where not able to get back into contention from this point on and filled the last three placings On the top corner PRAISE who was racing in 2nd spot was checked from behind as RAMROD REASON attempted to make ground around him and ran up on his heels causing him to lose a couple of lengths at that point A subsequant veterinary examination of PRAISE found him to have an injury requiring a 21 day stand down--------. | Race 5 | KEENAN CONCRETE 6 PACK - C5 - 305 | BIGTIME STORM and BUG CATCHER came together at the start for a couple of strides as DID SHE came over quickly on leaving the boxes Soon after the start there was general tightning as the field where heading into the first corner with BIGTIME ASSASSINand FARMOR BLISS being checked back through the field to the rear BIGTIME ASSASSIN recovered well after this incident to run on for his 4th placing FARMOR BLISS never was able to recover any ground and finshed in last placing AZTEC KEROMA was a scratching with muscle injuries requiring seven days stand down period REGAL PETE was a scratching with lacerations requiring seven days stand down period--papers to be endorsed--------.
