Race 1	METEOR PRINTERS - C1/2h - 520	LITTLE PRESSY and DURAN DURAN both hesitated going into the second fence and jumped very slow and high Both dogs lost valuable ground and could not get back into the race thereafter.
Race 2	DIMOCKS RETRAVISION - C0 - 520	Coming up to the first bend ELLES HOT was tightened between THRILLING MARIA and THRILLING SNOW and was checked back a couple of lengths. On the point of the top bend ELLES HOT struck trouble again when being checked by FREDDY O'CEIRIN losing more ground at that stage. THRILLING SMILE Ex Waikato on 09.08.07.
Race 3	WANGANUI FARM SUPPLIES - C2/3 - 520	As they left the boxes ROYAL SQUADRON came over quickly and checked the three dogs drawn inside him for a couple of strides. Also TOUCH OF SMOKEY and RICHFIELD REASON came together for a stride . Going out of the straight the first time SWEET TEDDY went wide and cannoned into RICHFIELD REASON causing that dog to lose ground and could not recover to get back into contention after that.
Race 4	KEENAN CONCRETE SIX PACK - C0 - 305	Soon after the start BIGTIME ROYALE crossed over towards the rail and checked MIDNIGHT SPOT and ( fav ) THRILLING BETH who jostled for several strides. On the first turn NELLYS WISH was checked as PISTOL LARRY went into the bend and a couple of strides after that NELLYS WISH and PISTOL LARRY came together for a few strides running wide and losing ground at that stage .
Race 5	BRYCE FRANCIS GRAPHICS 'BFG' - C1 - 520	Going into the first bend there was tightning between SABLE GOLD, BONIFIED and HOME LOAN BLUES resulting in SABLE GOLD and HOME LOAN BLUES coming together and racing wide into the back straight and losing valuable ground that they could not make up to get back into contention thereafter . BAILEYS DREAM W.Kite Rule 64 Suffering from a hock sprain and stood down for 14 days to and including 26.08.07.
Race 6	BIG SAM JUNIOR @ STUD - C1/2 - 305	All clear . THRILLING JANE Ex Wanganui on 13.08.07 THRILLING BURN Ex Wanganui on 13.08.07. SOPRANO SOLDIER S.Clark Rule 64 Suffering from a toe nail quick injury and stood down for 5 days to and including 19.08.07.
Race 7	GUTHRIE BOWRON WANGANUI - C5 - 305	CLASSIC CONQUEST was a bit slow from the boxes and coming towards the first turn this dog and RIALTO MISSION jostled each other for about twenty metres resulting in CLASSIC CONQUEST not being able to get back into contention from that point on and beat only one home.
Race 8	MICKEYS SUPER LIQUOR - C4/5 - 520	Coming towards the first turn there was tightning on the inside causing KIWI ASSASSIN and KEROMA ASSASSIN to run out of racing room and also involved was THRILLING LIZ who made contact with the running rail at that point. KEROMA ASSASSIN (2nd fav) could not get back into the race from that point on and finshed towards the rear.
Race 9	THE RADIO WORKS - C4/5 - 305	EXPRESS SOLDIER was tightned as they raced into the first turn by BEST TELL PIE causing him to run out of clear racing room at that point and lose a couple of lengths .
Race 10	RUSHIRE - C3 - 305	As they left the boxes BIGTIME LISA and ROCKAFELLA ROYALE came together for a couple of strides. THRILLING AUDI was awkwardly away from the boxes for a few strides.
