Race 1	METEOR PRINTERS - C3/4 - 305	As the field entered the first turn CRYSTAL WENDY was checked back as she ran out of room at that point, soon after that THRILLING MIKE ran up on the back of BIGTIME STORM and lost ground. As they turned for home BIGTIME STORM came out looking for racing room and made contact with TOKEN DIAMOND causing it to check sideways and lose ground at a vital stage. .
Race 2	DIMOCKS RETRAVISION - C0 - 305	NELLYS WISH was very slow away. Soon after entering the first turn ASLAN got on the heels of CORNISH MATTER for a few strides and lost a couple of lengths. JEOPARDY LANE Ex Wanganui on 27.07.07
Race 3	WANGANUI FARM SUPPLIES - C2/3 - 520	As the field entered the turn out of the straight the first time BLUE WATCH came out and checked PALSY O'CEIRIN who was racing on the outside at that point. THRILLING MOE K.Walsh Rule 64 Suffering from a left gluteal strain and stood down for 10 days to and including 9.08.07.
Race 4	BRYCE FRANCIS GRAPHICS 'BFG' - C1/2 - 520	On the turn out of the straight the first time IN THE MOB and THRILLING LAZER buffeted each other for several strides and SABLE RAEDER caught the backwash of this incident ,these three dogs lost ground at this stage.
Race 5	KEENAN CONCRETE 6 PACK - C5 - 305	As the field raced into the first turn BIGTIME ELLA, THRILLING KELLY and DREAMS OF VISION came together for several strides at that point.
Race 6	BIG SAM JUNIOR @ STUD - C4/5 - 520	All clear
Race 7	GUTHRIE BOWRON WANGANUI - C3 - 305	At the start GUS THE BUILDER and THOMAS THE TANK came together as they left the boxes. As the field was entering the first turn there was general tightening with HOMEBUSH TERRA,BIGTIME JULIE and MR GULLIVER suffering checks that caused them to lose ground at that stage, with MR GULLIVER coping the worst of this interference. BLUE SOLDIER S.Clark Rule 64 Suffering from a toe injury and stood down for 5 days to and including 5.08.07.
Race 8	MICKEYS SUPER LIQUOR - C0 - 520	At the start VOODOO CHARM headed straight over towards the running rail and in doing so checked STORM LARGE and to a lesser degree FLY BEAU. JANES MYNAME Ex Wanganui on 27.07.07
Race 9	THE RADIO WORKS - C1 - 305	Soon after the start JEWEL raced across the field and caused severe crowding to DENNY JEWEL,WOODSTOCK ROCKS ,MISS ARROGANCE and SUPREME TEDDY causing all these dogs to lose ground as they raced into the first turn.
Race 10	RUSHIRE - C1/2 - 305	HOLLABACK GURL who got away well was leading on the top bend and was observed to falter and go back through the field EL GRINGO who was at the rear ran into HOLLABACK GURL and was checked in this incident The favourite ROKAFELLA ROYALE was slow away and recieved a check going into the first turn ,but ran on well for third. HOLLABACK GURLwas sent for a veteriary examination and was found to have a broken hock requiring the dog to be euthanased. HOLLABACK GURL M M McCook Rule 82 Suffered a fractured hock and was euthanased
